The process of selecting the material of the bridge structure has a special uniqueness. In the Cimanuk Bridge project, the existing selection of top structural materials using concrete materials. In the implementation of construction on the ground, in the end, steel structure material becomes the top priority. In order to carry out the structural work on top, project financing needs to be considered. Therefore, in this research, systematic analysis is needed to identify the financing indicators of the structural work specifically on the Bridge project. The overall research problems are: identifying the project financing indicators for the bridge structure work, analyzing the financing indicators of the upper structural system construction project at Cimanuk Bridge in the planning stage and provide recommendations for improvement of the financing indicators. However, the writing of this research will be focused on analyzing the project financing performance of the financing management process, and identifying the indicators that affect the financing of the bridge structure project. The relevant literature review of this research discusses several issues: project cost management, construction process, construction implementation method, structural system, bridge project, steel, concrete, and relevant research results. This research is complete using quantitative method with questionnaire as research instrument which is expected to produce the necessary improvement for the project under study. After the data of questionnaire result through testing from reability test until model test got 4 variables that have an effect on to cost performance of Cimanuk Bridge project. Namely: change of specification, rent cost of scaffolding, Project Manager knowledge about financing management and Project Manager experience in handling project. / Proses pemilihan bahan struktur jembatan memiliki keunikan khusus. Pada proyek Jembatan Cimanuk, secara eksisting dilakukan pemilihan bahan struktur atas dengan menggunakan bahan beton. Dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan, pada akhirnya, bahan struktur baja menjadi prioritas utama. Dalam rangka pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur atas, pembiayaan proyek perlu diperhatikan. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini, perlu dilakukan analisis sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi indikator pembiayaan pekerjaan struktur secara khusus pada proyek Jembatan. Permasalahan penelitian ini secara keseluruhan adalah: mengidentifikasi indikator pembiayaan proyek pekerjaan struktur jembatan, menganalisis indikator pembiayaan proyek konstruksi upper structural system pada Jembatan Cimanuk di tahap perencanaan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dari indikator pembiayaan tersebut. Namun penulisan penelitian ini akan difokuskan dengan menganalisis kinerja pembiayaan proyek terhadap proses manajemen pembiayaan, dan mengidentifikasi indikator yang mempengaruhi pembiayaan proyek pekerjaan struktur jembatan. Berbagai kajian pustaka yang relevan sehubungan dengan penelitian ini membahas tentang beberapa hal, yaitu: pembiayaan proyek (project cost management), proses konstruksi, metode pelaksanaan konstruksi, sistem struktur, proyek jembatan, baja, beton, dan berbagai hasil penelitian yang relevan. Penelitian ini secara lengkap menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian yang diharapkan akan menghasilkan improvement yang diperlukan bagi proyek yang diteliti. Setelah data hasil kuesioner melalui pengujian dari uji reabilitas sampai dengan uji model didapatkan 4 variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja biaya proyek Jembatan Cimanuk. Yaitu : perubahan spesifikasi, biaya sewa perancah, pengetahuan Project Manager tentang manajemen pembiayaan dan pengalaman Project Manager dalam menangani proyek.
