Abstract
Secara general, energi dan sumber daya sangat dibutuhkan dalam menunjang proses produksi pada PT. A, salah satunya yaitu energi listrik. Pada PT. A, listrik dikelola oleh Departemen Utility. Pengelolaan tersebut meliputi pembagian suplai listrik, maupun proses pemantauan kualitas listrik. Adapun parameter-parameter listrik yang dipantau meliputi arus, tegangan, daya, cos phi dan frekuensi. Pada saat ini,
parameter-parameter tersebut ditampilkan pada hardware yang bernama Power Meter. Aktualnya, pada proses pemantauan tersebut pekerja diharuskan menghampiri Power meter dan mencatatnya dalam kertas check sheet. Hal tersebut, menyebabkan data parameter yang dipantau tidak real-time serta membutuhkan waktu yang lama apabila terjadi abnormalitas dan data juga masih di catat di form. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis membuat Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Kualitas Listrik Berbasis Java. Sistem monitoring ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java yang terkoneksi dengan database. Selain itu, sistem ini juga menggunakan kabel RJ45 (LAN) sebagai penghubung antara Power Meter dengan PC yang telah terinstal Java. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, perubahan nilai parameter mempunyai latency sebesar 0,3 s. Sistem ini berhasil
mengakses dan menampilkan data parameter listrik dengan benar serta dapat mengekspor data ke excel. Diharapkan perancangan sistem pemantauan ini dapat membuat data parameter yang dipantau menjadi real-time serta tidak dibutuhkan check sheet. / In general, energy and resources are needed to support the production process at PT. A, one of them is electrical energy. At PT. A, electricity is managed by the Department of Utility. This management includes the distribution of electricity supply, as well as the process of monitoring electricity quality. The electrical parameters monitored include current, voltage, power, cos phi and frequency. At this time, these parameters are displayed on the hardware called Power Meter. In fact, during the monitoring process, workers are required to approach the power meter and record it on a check sheet. This causes the monitored parameter data to be not real-time and takes a long time if abnormalities occur and the data is still recorded in the form. To solve this problem, the author made a Java-based Electrical Quality Monitoring System Design. This monitoring system uses the Java
programming language that is connected to a database. In addition, this system also uses an RJ45 (LAN) cable as a link between the Power Meter and a PC that has
Java installed. From the results of research conducted, changes in parameter values
have a latency of 0.3 s. With the developed system the program can successfully
access and display electrical parameter data correctly and can export data to Excel.
It is hoped that the design of this monitoring system can make monitored parameter
data real-time and no check sheet is required.
