Abstract
Bencana merupakan peristiwa atau serangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan manusia. Salah satu bencana yang sering terjadi di Indonesia adalah banjir. Bencana ini dapat disebabkan oleh faktor alam atau juga faktor non alam dan juga faktor manusia sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa, kerugian harta benda, lingkungan yang rusak dan juga dampak psikologis. Saat musim hujan dan curah hujan meningkat banjir kerap terjadi. Namun pencegahan untuk bencana ini dirasa masih kurang efektif untuk meminimalkan dampak dari banjir. Minimnya sistem peringatan dini untuk meminimalkan dampak kerugian dari banjir menjadi salah satu masalah yang belum bisa ditanggulangi. Hal ini penting karna bencana banjir terkadang terjadi pada malam hari atau siang hari pada saat penghuni rumah sedang tidak berada di rumah. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat prototype sistem informasi ketinggian air dan peringatan dini terhadap banjir berbasis IoT (Internet of Things). Perancangan alat deteksi dan peringatan banjir dapat dibangun dengan menggunakan NodeMCU dan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan sistem IoT (Internet of Things) dengan aplikasi Blynk. user mampu melakukan setting parameter dengan menggunakan smartphone. Rancangan alat dapat mengukur ketinggian air dan memberikan notifikasi. / Disasters are very harmful that threaten and disrupt human life. One of usual disaster that usually happen in Indonesia is flood. This disaster can be caused by natural factors or non-natural factors like human factors. Flood disaster causing casualties, property losses, damaged environment and also psychological impacts. When the rainy season and rainfall increase, floods oftenly occur. But prevention for this disaster is still considered ineffective to minimize the impact of floods. The lack of an early warning system to minimize the impact of losses from flooding is one of the problems that cannot be overcome. This is important because floods sometimes occur at night or during the day when residents are not at h
ome. So the purpose of this research is to make a prototype system of water level information and early warning based on IoT (Internet of Things). This system is based on IoT (Internet of Things). Flood detection and warning system design can be built using NodeMCU and HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors and can be integrated with IoT (Internet of Things) systems. the user is able to set parameters using a smartphone. The design of the tool can measure the water level and provide notifications.
