Abstract

Latar Belakang: Gagal ginjal kronis (GGK) atau Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) merupakan gangguan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan tidak dapat pulih kembali, dimana tubuh tidak mampu memelihara metabolisme, gagal memelihara keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit yang berakibat pada peningkatan ureum. Pengobatan yang dijalani berupa transplantasi ginjal, dialisis peritoneal, hemodialisis dan rawat jalan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Hemodialisis secara tidak langsung berdampak pada kualitas hidup pasien penderita penyakit gagal ginjal kronis. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup responden di ruang hemodialisis Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Tengah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan desain cross sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner KDQOL-SF 1.3. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan uji hipotesis bivariat unpair t-test. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa 39 responden memiliki kulitas hidup baik dan enam responden memiliki kualitas hidup buruk. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pasien menjalani hemodialisis adalah 17.60 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan nilai p-value (0.723). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis = Background: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progression and untreatable disturb of kidney function, in order the body cannot maintain metabolism, fail to maintain fluid balance wich cause increasion of ureum. Chronic kidney disease patient need treatment as kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis and outpatient treatment in a long time. Hemodialysis affect the quality of life of chronic kidney disease patient. Objective: to identified the correlatioan between how long patient do the hemodialysis of quality of life with the terms at hemodialysis room at Private Hospital in Middle part of Indonesia. Method: this research in quantitative correlational method with cross section design. The research instrument is questionaire KDQOL-SF 1.3. Sample of this research is 45 responden. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with hypothesis bivariate test technique is unpaired t-test. Result: The result of this research is 39 respondent have a good quality of life and 6 respondent have a bad quality of life. This research shown that the mean of how long patient do the haemodialysis is 17.60 month. According to statistic test the p-value is (0.723) Conclussion: there is no correlation between the duration of hemodialysis and quality of life of chronic kidney disease patient.
