Abstract

Tindakan pemberian obat intravena adalah memasukan obat ke dalam vena melalui selang infus. Tindakan ini berisiko untuk masuknya mikroorganisme ke dalam tubuh yang dapat mengakibatkan infeksi, karena itu diperlukan tindakan sesuai SPO (Standar Prosedur Operasional) untuk meminimalkan mikroorganisme yang masuk. daadalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tindakan perawat dalam pemberian obat intravena sesuai SPO di satu Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat ruang rawat inap berjumlah 29 orang. Teknik pe ngambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Juni sampai 8 Juli 2018. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar check list observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh perawat tidak melakukan pemberian obat sesuai dengan SPO. Frekuensi tindakan dalam SPO yang paling banyak tidak dilakukan adalah melakukan bilas dengan NaCl 0,9% (100%), mencuci tangan (82,7%), dan double check dengan perawat lain (51,7%). Hasil tindakan yang 100% dilakukan oleh responden adalah menyiapkan alat, siapkan obat dan larutannya, tulis nama obat dan dosis pada label pasien, cek area insersi pemasangan infus, buang jarum pada sharp box dan syringe pada tempat sampah syringe. Dari hasil yang diperoleh maka diharapkan perawat lebih memperhatikan tindakan pemberian obat intravena sesuai dengan SPO yang berlaku, agar meminimalkan risiko memburuknya kondisi pasien = The action of intravenous drug administration is to enter the drug into the vein through an IV tube. This action risks the entry of microorganisms into the body which can lead to infection, therefore the action is needed based from SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to minimize the entry of microorganisms. The purpose of the study was to know the implementation of nurses' actions in administering intravenous drugs based to SOP in a private hospital in Central Indonesia. This research was used quantitative descriptive methods. The study population was all nurses inpatient department rooms which total 29 peoples. The sampling technique was total sampling. Data analysis was used univariate analysis. Data collection was did on 25 June to 8 July 2018. Data was collected using the observation checklist sheet. The results showed that all nurses didn’t administer drugs based to SOP. The frequency of action in SOP that absolutely didn’t done is rinse with 0.9% NaCl (100%), hand washing (82.7%), and double check with other nurses (51.7%). The result of the action that was 100% did by the respondent is preparing the equipment, preparing the medicine and the fluid, write the name of the drug and dosage on the patient's label, check the insertion area, throw the needle in the sharp box and syringe in the syringe bin. From the results which were obtained, it is expected that nurses pay more attention to the act of administering intravenous drugs accordance to the SOP, in order to minimize the risk of worsening the patient's condition.
