Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit sangat rentan terhadap paparan infeksi. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah dan mengurangi paparan infeksi tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan tenaga kesehatan yang belum patuh menggunakan APD dengan berbagai alasan. Oleh karena itu, kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan dalam menggunakan APD di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencari artikel dari database EBSCO, PubMed dan Onesearch dengan menggunakan Boolean “AND” kemudian dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, artikel dipilah dengan menggunakan PRISMA 2009 Flow Diagram yang menghasilkan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria penulis. Penulis melakukan critical appraisal dengan menggunakan critical appraisal dari Ingham (2014) untuk melihat kelayakan dan kualitas artikel. Analisis data dalam kajian literatur ini menggunakan pendekatan simplified approach. Hasil proses pencarian data didapatkan 1.422 artikel kemudian tujuh artikel yang masuk ke dalam kajian literatur. Berdasarkan ketujuh artikel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor intrinsik yaitu faktor intrapersonal, faktor profesional dan faktor pengetahuan, serta faktor ekstrinsik meliputi faktor lingkungan, faktor organisasi dan waktu dapat memengaruhi kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan dalam penggunaan APD di rumah sakit. Penelitian langsung perlu dilakukan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk memastikan hasil dari kajian literatur ini = Healthcare workers in hospital was susceptible to infection exposure. One of the procedures to prevent and reduce exposure to the infection is use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). However, there are still found healthcare workers who do not comply with various reasons. Therefore, this literature review aims to identify factors that influence healthcare workers compliance in using PPE in hospital. This study was done using literature review method. The data collection is done by searching articles from database EBSCO, PubMed, and Onesearch using the Boolean "AND". Then by applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, articles were selected by using PRISMA 2009 flow diagram that will result articles that match with the author's criteria. To see the quality and feasibility of the literature, the author performs critical appraisal using critical appraisal from Ingham (2014). Data will be analyze using simplified approach. Result of the data collection process obtained 1.422 articles, then seven articles that included to this literature review. Based on the seven articles, it can be conclude that intrinsic factors include intrapersonal factor, professional factor and knowledge factor, while extrinsic factors include enviromental factor, organizational factor and time can influenced healthcare workers compliance in using of PPE in hospital. It is necessary to conduct a direct study of healthcare workers to ensure the results of this literature review.
