Abstract

Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator pelayanan berkualitas yang menjadi penilaian baik buruknya suatu rumah sakit. Setiap pasien menginginkan kepuasan dari pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas meliputi pelaksanaan discharge planning yang optimal. Program discharge planning diharapkan membantu proses penyembuhan dan memperoleh kepuasan selama menerima pelayanan kesehatan. Pelaksanaan discharge planning di satu rumah sakit swasta Indonesia bagian barat sudah diterapkan tetapi belum pernah dilakukan penelitian tentang discharge planning yang berkaitan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan penyakit kronis terhadap pelaksanaan discharge planning. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling insidental sebanyak 35 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert yang diambil dari penelitian sebelumnya dan dilakukan uji validitas dengan r hasil > nilai r tabel= 0,361 dan uji reliabilitas= 0,919. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan pasien penyakit kronis terhadap pelaksanaan discharge planning menunjukkan (60%) responden puas, dan berdasarkan dimensi keandalan (77,1%) puas, jaminan (60%) puas, bukti langsung (51,4%) puas, kepedulian (80%) puas, dan ketanggapan (82,9%) puas. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan sampel yang lebih banyak dan mencari hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan pasien penyakit kronis terhadap pelaksanaan discharge planning (dimensi keandalan, jaminan, bukti langsung, kepedulian, dan ketanggapan) = Patient satisfaction is one indicator of quality services that become a good judgment of a hospital. Each patient wants satisfaction from a quality health service, which includes optimal discharge planning. Discharge planning program is expected to help the healing process and obtain satisfaction during receiving health services. Implementation of discharge planning in a private hospitals in western Indonesia has been applied but has never conducted research on discharge planning related to the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study to determine the level of patient satisfaction with chronic diseases of discharge planning. The research method using descriptive quantitative with incidental sampling technique as much as 35 respondents. The research instrument is questionnaire with likert scale taken from previous research and validity test has been done with r result> r table value = 0,361 and reliability test = 0,919. Methods of data analysis using univariate analysis techniques. The result of the research on the satisfaction level of chronic disease patients on discharge planning showed 60% of respondents were satisfied, and based on the dimension of reliability (77,1%) satisfied, assurance (60%) satisfied, tangibles (51,4%) satisfied, emphaty (80%) satisfied, and responsiveness (82,9%) satisfied. Subsequent research is suggested to use more samples and to find the relationship between the level of patient satisfaction of chronic diseases on the implementation of discharge planning (dimensions of reliability, assurance, direct evidence, concern, and responsiveness).
