Abstract

Kepuasan pasien selama perawatan di rumah sakit salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh alur pemulangan pasien rawat inap yang dilakukan secara sistematis. Terlaksananya alur pemulangan yang sistematis diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien dewasa tentang alur pemulangan pasien di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Instrumen diujikan kepada 30 responden dan diuji tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 370 responden yang terdiri dari 172 lakilaki dan 198 perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling dan besaran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 79 responden yang terdiri dari 37 laki-laki dan 42 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa univariat dengan descriptive analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien dewasa (n=79) tentang alur pemulangan pasien di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Barat adalah puas yang terdiri dari 25 orang (31,6%) menyatakan puas dan 36 orang (45,6%) menyatakan sangat puas. Saran bagi rumah sakit yaitu perlu meningkatkan kembali kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi responsiveness dan kualitas pelayanan front office sehingga nilai kepuasan pasien dapat meningkat = Patient satisfaction during hospital treatment is influenced by the systematic flow of discharge process. The implementation of a systematic flow of discharge process is expected to improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to find out the level of satisfaction of adult patients about the flow of discharge process in the inpatients room of Private Hospitals in Western Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research design and uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The instrument was tested on 30 respondents and tested the level of validity and reliability using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The population in this study amounted to 370 respondents consisting of 172 men and 198 women. The sampling technique uses quota sampling and sample size using the Slovin formula. Total of the sample is 79 respondents consisting of 37 men and 42 women. This study uses univariate analysis with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the description of the satisfaction level of adult patients (n = 79) about the flow of discharge process in the inpatient room of Private Hospitals in West Indonesia was satisfied, consisting of 25 people (31.6%) expressed satisfaction and 36 people (45.6 %) stated very satisfied. Suggestions for hospitals are the need to improve service quality in the dimensions of responsiveness and quality of front office services so the value of patient satisfaction can increase.
