Abstract

Salah satu komplikasi diabetes melitus adalah luka diabetes. Hal ini disebabkan karena perawatan luka diabetes yang tidak efektif dan keterlambatan perawatan yang memicu terjadinya infeksi. Salah satu tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada pasien luka diabetes yaitu melakukan perawatan luka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pelaksanaan Standar Prosedur Operasional Perawatan Luka Pada Satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling insidental. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisa univariat. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari Januari – Juli 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 tindakan terdapat lima kelengkapan fasilitas peralatanyang ada dengan persentase tertinggi 100% yaitu menggunakan cairan NaCl 0,9%, syringe 10 ml atau 20 ml tanpa jarum, kassa dan depper steril, plester, gunting plester,serta terdapat dua kelengkapan fasilitas peralatan yang tidak ada dengan persentase tertinggi 83% yaitu gallpot steril dan piala ginjal steril. Dari 30 tindakan terdapat dua rincian aktivitas yang dilakukan dengan persentase tertinggi 100% yaitu pembersihan rongga luka dengan cairan NaCl 0,9% menggunakan syringe tanpa jarum, dengan posisi ujung syringe kirakira 2,5 cm dari permukaan luka dan mengalirkan cairan dengan perlahan-lahan tanpa tekanan dilakukan berulang-ulang sampai luka bersih dari debrix serta satu rincian aktivitas yang tidak dilakukan dengan persentase tertinggi 43% yaitu menggunakan sarung tangan steril. Diharapkan semua perawat mampu melakukan perawatan luka diabetes melitus berdasarkan standar prosedur operasional (SPO) yang berlaku = One of the complications from diabetes melitus is diabetic wound. This is due to several factors such as ineffective treatment of diabetic wound and delayed treatment leading to infection. One of the nursing actions performed on patients with diabetic wound at Private Hospital in West Indonesia is to perform wound care based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) applicable in hospital. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the implementation of operational standards procedure of diabetic wound care at private hospitals in West Indonesia. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research is all nurses who work at Private Hospital in West Indonesia. The sampling technique used is non-probability samplingwith the type of incidental sampling.Data analysis technique used is univariate analysis. This research was conducted from January to July 2018. The results showed that of the 30 measures, there are five existing facility completeness with the highest percentage of 100%, ie using 0.9% NaCl fluids, syringe 10 ml or 20 ml without needle, and depper sterile gauze, plasters, plaster scissors, and there are two fittings facilities and equipment that do not exist with the highest percentage of 83% is gallpot sterile and sterile kidney cup. Of the 30 measures, there are two details of the activities carried out with the highest percentage of 100%, is cleaning the wound cavity with 0.9% NaCl liquid using a syringe without a needle, with the syringe tip position is approximately 2, 5 cm from the surface of the wound and the fluid drain slowly without pressure to be repeated until the wound clean of debrix as well as the details of activities that are not done with the highest percentage of 43%, is using sterile gloves. It is expected that all the nurses were able to perform wound care diabetes melitus is based on standard operating procedures.
