Abstract

Menurut hasil wawancara oleh peneliti terhadap dua perawat pada dua nurse station yang berbeda di Rumah sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Tengah, salah satu perawat mengatakan bahwa dia melakukan pengkajian pada pasien awal masuk dan pengkajian ulang pada pasien yang mengalami perubahan kondisi seperti pasien pascaoperasi. Namun perawat tersebut tidak mendokumentasikan intervensi yang dilakukan ke dalam catatan terintegrasi pasien. Sedangkan, menurut hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan pada empat perawat di ruang rawat inap tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa dua dari empat perawat yang bekerja dalam satu shift, tidak melakukan pengkajian ulang risiko jatuh pada pasien pascaoperasi yang memiliki status kesadaran somnolen. Kedua perawat terebut juga tidak mengangkat bed rail dan tidak memasang stiker risiko jatuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan SPO pengkajian risiko jatuh pasien dan pencegahan pasien jatuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantiatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi checklist. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hanya 9,7% perawat yang patuh menerapkan SPO pengkajian risiko jatuh pasien dan pencegahan pasien jatuh. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan supaya semua perawat dapat menerapkan SPO risiko jatuh agar tidak ada angka kejadian jatuh pasien di Rumah Sakit = Based on the interview at a private hospital in Central Indonesia, one of the nurses said that he was conducting an assessment of the initial admission and review of patients undergoing changes in conditions such as postoperative patients. But the nurse did not document the intervention into the patient's integrated note. Meanwhile, In observation to four nurses in the inpatient department, there are two nurses did not reassessment of risk falling patient to patient have postoperative who had somnolent. Both of nurses also did not put the risk sticker fell. The purpose of this study is to determine the compliance of nurses in the implementation of SPO of fall risk assessment and prevention of fall patients in Private Hospital in Central Indonesia. This research used descriptive quantitative as a method. Sampling was taken by total sampling method as many 31 nurse respondents. Research instrument: The research instrument used is observation checklist sheet. The results obtained 9.7% adherent nurses in SPO application of fall risk patients assessment and prevention of fall patents. Recommendations from the results of this study are expected so that all nurses can apply the risk of falling SPO so that no incidence of falling patients in the hospital.
