Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pencegahan dekubitus merupakan tugas perawat sebagai tenaga medis yang berhubungan langsung dengan pasien dalam 24 jam. Pada kenyataannya, banyak perawat di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Indonesia Tengah yang belum melaksanakan intervensi pencegahan tersebut dengan berbagai faktor yang memengaruhinya. Beberapa diantaranya adalah pengetahuan perawat, beban kerja perawat di rumah sakit, motivasi perawat, dan supervisi dalam pelaksanaan intervensi alih baring. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor-faktor (tingkat pengetahuan, beban kerja, supervisi dan motivasi kerja) dengan pelaksanaan alih baring dalam pencegahan luka dekubitus di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Indonesia Tengah. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap dan ICU yang berjumlah 32 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti berdasarkan dari beberapa referensi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa multivariat. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan alih baring, beban kerja dengan pelaksanaan alih baring, motivasi kerja perawat dengan pelaksanaan alih baring, dan supervisi terhadap pelaksanaan alih baring Rekomendasi: Menggunakan instrumen penelitian observasi pada pelaksanaan alih baring supaya hasilnya lebih akurat. Serta mencari faktor lain berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan alih baring = Background: Prevention of decubitus is the duty of the nurse who deals directly with the patient for 24 hours. In fact, many nurses in a private hospital in Central Indonesia haven’t yet doing interventions with various factors. These factors are knowledge, workload, motivation, and supervision. Goal: To identify the relationship of factors (knowledge, workload, motivation and supervision) with reposition to prevention of decubitus injuries in a one of private hospitals in Central Indonesia. Research Methodology: This research used descriptive research method of quantitative cross-sectional approach. The sample use of all nurses in the inpatient departments and ICU, which amounted to 32 people selected using total sampling technique. The research instrument used by the questionnaire was made by the team of researchers based on several references. Data analysis technique used is multivariate analysis. Results: The results of this research showed that there is no significant correlation between the knowledge with reposition, workload with reposition, the work motivation with reposition, and supervision with reposition. Recommendation: Expected to use observations research instrumenton with reposition so that the results will more accurate. And look for other factors that have a relationship with the implementation of the reposition.
