In carrying out its profession, PPAT (Land Deed Officials) supervision is done by IPPAT (Association of Land Deed Officials). Although the monitoring of PPAT is so strict and regulated in the IPPAT Code of Conduct, there are still cases of code violation by the PPAT. Case of counterfeiting of numbers in APHB already having legal force based on Case Number 688 K / PID / 2017. Notary and PPAT are declared to have been legally proven to falsify authentic deed, in the form of Joint Rights Deed (APHB) and imprisonment for 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months. The purpose of this research is to discuss (1) the role of IPPAT as an organization of PPAT in overseeing the implementation of PPAT tasks; (2) procedure of administrative sanction for a PPAT committing an offense in the case of Decision Number 688K / PID / 2017. This type of research is juridical normative, qualitative. The data analysis uses two approaches, namely: Statue approach and Case approach. Based on the research conducted by the authors it can be concluded that the role of IPPAT is to conduct the supervision and supervision of PPAT in performing its official duties to be in accordance with the applicable laws and the IPPAT Code of Conduct. IPPAT also serves as an extension of the Minister who has duties and / or obligations to conduct guidance, supervision and control, and has the authority to examine and impose sanctions, verdicts or penalties to members of IPPAT associations violating the Code of Conduct through the Honorary Board. The procedure for administrative sanction for PPAT committing the violation is done by the Regional Board of IPPAT and the Regional Honorary Board together with the Regional Board and all members of the IPPAT association. If in the process, no decision is obtained on the intended violation case, it can be delegated to the board of Central IPPAT and the Central Honorary Council. The procedure for examining the imposition of sanctions is carried out in stages, at the First Level and at the Level of Appeal. In the case of this study the procedure of administrative sanctions is imposed by the Regional Officials and Honorary Board of Subang, West Java. / Dalam menjalankan profesinya pengawasan PPAT dilakukan oleh IPPAT. Meski pengawasan terhadap PPAT begitu ketat dan diatur di dalam Kode Etik IPPAT, masih saja ada kasus pelanggaran kode etik oleh PPAT. Kasus pemalsuan nomor di dalam APHB yang telah memiliki kekuatan hukum berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 688 K/PID/ 2017. Notaris dan PPAT tersebut dinyatakan telah terbukti secara sah melakukan pemalsuan akta otentik, berupa Akta Pembagian Hak Bersama (APHB) dan menjatuhkan pidana penjara selama 1 (satu) tahun dan 6 (enam) bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahas mengenai (1) peran IPPAT sebagai organisasi PPAT dalam mengawasi pelaksanaan tugas PPAT; (2) prosedur pemberian sanksi administratif bagi seorang PPAT yang melakukan pelanggaran dalam kasus Putusan Nomor 688K/PID/2017. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normative, bersifat kualitatif. Analisis datanya menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu: Pendekatan Undang-Undang (Statue approach) dan pendekatan kasus (Case approach). Berdasarkan penelitiann yang dilakukan oleh penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran IPPAT adalah melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan PPAT dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya agar sesuai berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku maupun Kode Etik IPPAT. IPPAT juga sebagai perpanjangan Menteri yang mempunyai fungsi tugas dan/atau kewajiban untuk melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan dan penertiban, serta mempunyai kewenangan untuk memeriksa dan menjatuhkan sanksi, putusan atau hukuman kepada anggota perkumpulan IPPAT yang melakukan pelanggaran Kode Etik melalui Majelis Kehormatan. Prosedur pemberian sanksi administratif bagi PPAT yang melakukan pelanggaran dilakukan oleh Pengurus Daerah IPPAT dan Majelis Kehormatan Daerah bersama-sama dengan Pengurus Wilayah dan seluruh anggota perkumpulan IPPAT. Jika dalam prosesnya, tidak diperoleh keputusan atas kasus pelanggaran yang dimaksud, maka dapat dilimpahkan kepada pengurus IPPAT Pusat dan Majelis Kehormatan Pusat. Prosedur pemeriksaan penjatuhan sanksi dilaksanakan secara berjenjang, pada Tingkat Pertama dan pada Tingkat Banding. Dalam kasus penelitian ini prosedur pemberian sanksi administratifnya dilaksanakan oleh Pengurus dan Majelis Kehormatan Daerah Subang, Jawa Barat.
