The author has conducted a research on bad loans case that occurred in PT Bank CAB, Tbk. Jakarta. This situation occurs due to the negligence and indecent debtor, whereas the creditor has been strictly selected the debtor by monitoring all the requirements that assisted by a Notary. The main purpose, is to analyze the actions that creditors can refer to overcome this problem. The second objective is to analyze into what extent, the role of the notary can help the creditor who decide to choose the auction as the final step to resolve the bad credit that occurs. The problem solving method that used in this report is the normative-empires juridical approach, with Notary/PPAT product ie APHT, Acte de Command and quotation from the case study. The results of this case study, adopt approach to the law method of obtaining primary data and secondary data. Then all the data are analyzed qualitatively. The conclusion that can be obtained from this research is through with the implementation of OREO over the object of the guarantee of Debtor's Rights owned by the debtor with the help of the notary by making a Notarial Deed with the title "Statement of Purchase of Others PT Bank CAB, Tbk No. XX dated August 18, 2011" for the congestion incurred by creditors and assets later will be resold within one year of the settlement process with assistance through KPKNL Jakarta IV. / Penulis tertarik melakukan studi kasus mengenai kredit macet yang terjadi di PT Bank CAB, Tbk. Jakarta akibat debitur yang wanprestasi dan tidak beritikad baik, padahal kreditur sudah memproses secara ketat semua persyaratan milik debitur dengan bantuan dari Notaris. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah menganalisis tindakan yang dilakukan kreditur untuk mengatasi kredit macet akibat debitur wanprestasi dan tidak beritikad baik atas kewajibannya. Tujuan kedua yaitu menganalisis sejauh mana peranan notaris membantu kreditur yang memilih cara lelang untuk menyelesaikan kredit macet yang terjadi. Metode pendekatan masalah yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif-empiris dikaitkan dengan produk Notaris/PPAT yaitu APHT, Acte de Command dan kutipan risalah lelang dari studi kasus yang penulis teliti. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan undang-undang dan menggunakan data dan sekunder. Kemudian semua data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini yakni kreditur berhasil melakukan proses AYDA atas objek jaminan Hak Tanggungan milik debitur dengan membuat akta Notaris dengan judul “Surat Pernyataan Pembelian Buat Orang Lain PT Bank CAB, Tbk No. XX tanggal 18 Agustus 2011” untuk menyelesaikan kredit macet yang terjadi dan untuk kemudian oleh kreditur akan dijual kembali dalam jangka waktu satu tahun melalui proses lelang dengan bantuan melalui KPKNL Jakarta IV.
