Abstract

Latar belakang : Nyeri merupakan pengalaman sensori yang tidak menyenangkan akibat kerusakan jaringan yang aktual dan potensial. Nyeri juga merupakan alasan utama seseorang mencari bantuan perawatan kesehatan. Nyeri terjadi bersama dengan berbagai proses penyakit atau pemeriksaan diagnostik. Bila tidak di tangani nyeri dengan optimal dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk terhadap fungsi fisiologis. untuk meminimalkan nyeri perlu melakukan pengkajian nyeri oleh perawat untuk rencana terapi selanjutnya. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada orang dewasa. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Siloam Dhirga Surya sebanyak 34 orang. Sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat ruang rawat inap IPD Rumah Sakit Siloam Dhirga Surya di pilih dengan menggunakan metode cross-sectional, waktu pengambilan sempel adalah mulai dari bulan 25 oktober sampai 05 desember 2017. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil analisa deskriptif statistik obsevasi secara langsung dapat di ketahui bahwa “Gambaran kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada orang dewasa di ruang rawat inap IPD Rumah Sakit Siloam Dhirga Surya” adalah sebanyak 22 perawat persentase 64,7% perawat tidak patuh melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada pasien dan 12 perawat persentase 35,3% perawat patuh. Jadi kepatuhan perawat mengkaji nyeri di kategorikan kurang baik. Peneliti memberikan saran kepada peneliti selanjutnya kepada tenaga keperawatan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit / The background: pain is the unpleasant sensory resulting from damage tissue that actual and potential .Pain is the main reason a person looking for help health care .Pain occuring with a range disease processes or examination diagnostic .If not in handle pain to work optimally can make the impact detrimental effects on the physiological function .Minimize pain need to do for the assessment pain by nurses to the company plan to next therapy. Purpose: know picture compliance nurse in do study pain in adults. A method of: the research is quantitative research with the design of observational descriptive research .The population a target in this research is to be hospitalised in nurse of siloam hospital dhirga solar system 34 people .Sempel of the research is to be hospitalised in room nurse inpatient room of siloam hospital dhirga solar system in select by cross-sectional uses the method , time of the receipt of the sempel is two months or more starting from september and with a finish the process of research . Results: Based on the results of descriptive analysis of obsevation statistics directly can be in the know that "The picture of compliance nurses in conducting assessment of pain in adults in Standard Operating Procedure Hospital Siloam Dhirga Surya" is 22 nurses 64.7% nurses do not obedient conduct pain assessment in patients and 12 nurses 35.3% nurses obediently. So the nurse's compliance to study the pain in categorize less good. Researchers provide suggestions to further researchers to nursing staff to improve nursing services to patients, especially about pain assessment both at the initial assessment and comprehensively, and continue.
