Abstract

Penggunaan masker N95 merupakan salah satu alat pelindung diri yang digunakan perawat untuk melindungi diri dari pajangan atau transmisi penyakit melalui airbone dari pasien ke perawat. Namun seringkali dalam pelaksanaannya, hal ini tidak terlepas dari faktor-faktor yang membuat perawat patuh menggunakan masker N95, adapun faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan masker N95 oleh perawat adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari kepatuhan penggunaan masker N95 oleh perawat diruang isolasi Rumah Sakit Siloam Sriwijaya Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan 53,1% perawat memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai masker N95, 57,1% pendidikan terakhir perawat adalah Diploma III, 55,1 % perawat memiliki motivasi yang baik dalam penggunaan masker N95 diruang isolasi, 55,1% fasilitas masker N95 tersedia, 69,4% pengawasan atau supervisi terhadap masker N95 baik namun 57,1% perawat tidak menggunakan masker N95 diruang isolasi / Use of N95 masks is one of the tools of self protector used nurses to protect themselves from the display or transmission of the disease through the airbone of patients to nurses. But often in practice, this is not apart from the factors that make the nurse dutifully using the N95 mask, as for the factors that relate to the compliance of the use of mask N95 by nurses are internal factors and external factors. This study aims to describe the internal factors and external factors of compliance use of N95 masks by nurses in the isolation room Siloam Sriwijaya Hospitals Palembang. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design, the instrument used is questionnaire, and sampling technique in this research is by using accidental sampling. The result of this research is 53.1% nurses have good knowledge about N95 mask, 57,1% of nurse's last education is Diploma III, 55,1% nurses have good motivation to use N95 masks in insulation room, 55,1% N95 is available, 69.4% supervisor or supervision of N95 mask is good but 57.1% does not use N95 mask in isolation room.
