Abstract

Latar belakang : Jatuh merupakan suatu kondisi dimana seseorang tidak sengaja tergeletak di lantai, tanah atau tempat yang lebih rendah, dan tidak termasuk orang yang sengaja berpindah posisi ketika tidur. Tujuan: Mengetahui Gambaran kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur pencegahan pasien risiko jatuh diRuang Sinai Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. Metode : penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini perawat diRuang Sinai sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel adalah perawat diruang sinai dengan menggunakan total sampling, waktu pengambilan sempel mulai dari bulan november sampai desember tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil analisa deskriptif statistik observasi secara langsung dapat diketahui hasil maximal yang patuh pencegahan pasien jatuh yaitu memastikan roda tempat tidur pada posisi terkunci yaitu sebanyak 32 orang (91,4%), dan hasil minimal dari hasil penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan tanda resiko jatuh pada pintu kamar pasien sebanyak 24 orang (68,6%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepatuhan perawat melaksanakan pencegahan pasien jatuh diRuang Sinai Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk dengan hasil nilai rata-rata 54,3% patuh melaksanakan,45,7% tidak patuh melaksanakan / The background : Falling is a condition where a person is accidentally lying on the floor, dirt or lower ground, and does not include a person hwo deliberately moves in while sleeping. Purpose : To know the description of nurse compliance in carrying out Operational Standard Prevention procedure of patient fall risk in Sinai Hospital room of Kebon Jeruk word. a method of: Quantitative research with descriptive observational research design. The target population in this study was nurses in the cinema room as many as 35 people. Sample is nurse room Sinai by using total sampling, time sempel picking starting from november until december year 2017. Results : Based on the result of descriptive analysis, the observation statistic directly can be known maximal result which is dutiful prevention of fallen patient ie ensuring the bed wheel in locked position that is as much as 32 people (91,4%), and minimal result from result of research that execution of risk sign fall on patient room door for 24 people (68,6%). It can be concluded that nurse compliance implement prevention of the patient fell in the room Sinai Hospitals jeruk Kebon with the result of the average value of 54.3% dutifully implement, 45.7% disobedient to implement.
