Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri mycobacterium tuberculosis. Risiko penularan tergantung dari tingkat pajanan dan percikan dahak. Patuh adalah suka menurut perintah, taat pada perintah, sedangkan kepatuhan adalah suatu perilaku manusia yang taat terhadap aturan, perintah, prosedur, dan disiplin. Alat pelindung diri (APD) adalah suatu alat yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk melindungi diri atau tubuh terhadap bahaya-bahaya kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, wawancara atau dengan kuisioner yang dilakukan pada suatu waktu tertentu, untuk mengetahui kepatuhan dan ketidakpatuhan pearawat dalam menjalankan prosedur airborne percaution pada pasien tuberkulosis paru sesuai dengan SOP di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Cikarang (SHLC) terkhususnya di Unit rawat inap. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perawat rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Cikarang masih belum patuh terhadap prosedur airborne percaution sesuai dengan SOP yaitu dari 38 responden dengan masing-masing presentase yang berbeda, terdapat 22 responden kurang patuh dengan presentase 58%, 13 responden tidak patuh dengan presentase 34% dan tiga orang patuh dengan presentase 8% / Tuberculosis is a disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. This study used survey method, interview or questionnaire conducted at a certain time, to know compliance and non-compliance of pearawat in carrying out procedures of airborne percaution in lung tuberculosis patient in accordance with SOP at Siloam Lippo Cikarang Hospital (SHLC) especially in inpatient unit. The results showed that the inpatient nurses at Siloam Lippo Cikarang Hospital were still not adherent to the procedures of airborne percaution in accordance with SOP that is from 38 respondents with each different percentage, there are 22 respondents less obedient with the percentage of 58%, 13 respondents not obedient with percentage 34% and three people obedient with 8% percentage.
