Abstract

Penyakit menular merupakan penyakit yang dapat menular ke manusia yang disebabkan oleh agen biologi seperti virus, bakteri, jamur serta parasite. (kemenkes,2014). Kewaspadaan yang dapat dilakukan terhadap penularan dari penyakit menular ialah dengan cara mengisolasi sumber dari penyakit tersebut. Terdapat 3 cara penularan yaitu kontak, droplet dan airbone. Selain mengisolasi sumber dari penyakit, isolasi juga dapat diberikan kepada pasien dengan penurunan sisitem kekebalam tubuh atau imun-supresi yang merupakan penyakit yang menekan kekebalan tubuh manusia sehingga seseorang dapat dengan mudah terkena penyakit yang bisa menular.(Siegel J.D. et al. 2017.CDC). Peneltian ini dilakukan dari bulan November hingga Desember 2017. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapati hasil bahwa gambaran penerapan SOP pada pasien dengan penyakit menular di Rumah Sakit Siloam Manado tidaklah berjalan dengan baik. Sebagian besar pasien yang dirawat di RS Siloam Manado memiliki diagonsa atau dicurigai penyakit TB Paru dengan jumlah 53,34%. Dalam penempatan ruangan sendiri, pasien yang memiliki penyakit menular dan yang diisolasi hanya sebagian kecil dengan jumlah 6,67% atau 2 pasien dari total 30 pasien. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk melihat alasan atau keterbatasan yang melatarbelakangi ketidaksesuaian dari SOP dan lapangan / An infectious disease is a disease that can be transmitted to humans caused by biological agents such as viruses, bacteria, fungus and parasite. (kemenkes,2014). Precautions against the transmission of infectious diseases is isolating the source of the disease. There are 3 ways of transmission i.e. contact, droplets and airbone. In addition to isolating the source of the illness, isolation can also be done to patients with a decrease of immune system of the body or immune-suppression which is an illness that suppresses the human immune so someone can be easily affected by diseases that can be transmitted. (Siegel et al. J.D. 2017. The CDC). This study was conducted from November to December 2017. Researcher found the result that description of SOP implementation in patient with infectious disease does not work very well. Most of the patients with infectious disease who has treated at Siloam Hospital Manado have a diagnosis or suspected of pulmonary TB with the amount of 53,34% from the total. In the placement of the room, patient with infectious disease only a few are isolated which amounted to 6.67% or 2 patient from 30 patient. Suggestions for the further research to see the reason andor limitations the underlying mismatches the SOP and practices.
