The existence of international relations has helped the community fulfill their needs. One of them is marriage, which is better known as mixed marriage. In the practice of mixed marriages that have occurred, it turns out that there are still many couples who do not register their marriages, with various reasons and problems. Of course this results in legal status as well as legal protection for parties who carry out mixed marriages. Whether or not a mixed marriage is valid also results in the legal status of the child, especially if there is a divorce, a problem that often occurs is legal protection of the inheritance rights of children resulting from unregistered mixed marriages. The purpose of this study was to find out that the child from mixed marriages was not recorded as having inherited his parents or did not receive an inheritance from his parents because this mixed marriage did not register his marriage in accordance with the Marriage Law. The research method that will be carried out is the Normative Legal Research Method. With literature studies on legal materials and non-legal materials. The conclusion is that children are the result of mixed marriages that are not recorded according to Article 2 of the Marriage Law with the Constitutional Court Decree Number 46 / PUU-VIII / 2010, so that the child not only has a Civil relationship with his mother but also has a proven relationship based on science and technology and / or other evidence according to law has relations and technology and / or other evidence according to the law has a blood relationship, including civil relations with his father. / Adanya hubungan internasional ini telah membantu masyarakat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Salah satunya adalah perkawinan, yang lebih dikenal dengan perkawinan campuran. Pada praktek perkawinan campuran yang telah terjadi, ternyata masih banyak pasangan yang tidak mencatatkan perkawinannya, dengan berbagai alasan dan permasalahan. Tentu saja hal tersebut berakibat pada status hukum dan juga perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak yang melakukan perkawinan campuran. Sah atau tidaknya perkawinan campuran berakibat pula pada status hukum anaknya, terutama bila terjadi perceraian, permasalahan yang sering terjadi itu mengenai perlindungan hukum terhadap hak waris anak hasil dari perkawinan campur yang tidak tercatat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui anak hasil dari perkawinan campur tidak tercatat mendapatkan warisan orang tuanya atau tidak mendapatkan warisan dari orang tuanya karena perkawinan campur ini tidak mencatatkan perkawinannya sesuai dengan UU Perkawinan. Adapun metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah Metode Penelitian Hukum Normatif. Studi pustaka terhadap bahan hukum dan bahan non-hukum. Kesimpulannya adalah anak yang merupakan hasil dari perkawinan campur yang tidak tercatat menurut Pasal 2 UU Perkawinan dengan Keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010 maka anak tersebut tidak hanya mempunyai hubungan Perdata dengan ibunya saja tetapi mempunyai hubungan perdata dengan ayahnya juga dengan cara dibuktikan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan/atau alat bukti lain menurut hokum mempunyai hubungan dan teknologi dan/atau alat bukti lain menurut hokum mempunyai hubungan darah, termasuk hubungan perdata dengan ayahnya.
