Marriage agreement is a bond between a men and a women, as a husband and wife they have purpose of having a happy and a long lasting family. Marriage aggrement arranged in articles 29 of (UU Perkawinan) says that marriage agreement about seperating marriage properties are only can be made either before they marry or shortly afterwards. married couple who doesn't prepare a marriage agreement they have to agree joining their assets. since 2015 there were a verdict number 69/PUUXIII/ 2015 about marriage couple can make marriage agreement after they are married about their assets. In this research writer also use some materials such as, book, theory, and law that according to marriage laws. and writer will seek more about the verdict itself and about the practices in society. This research writer is using Normative approach, and study from secondary document such as (peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilanm teori hukum, dan pendapat ahli). also writer use kualitative approach that explain all the data by itself. The verdict from constitutional court of Indonesia number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 is becoming a mimic for the society that have a lot of pro and contra, that after the verdict, married couple can make a marriage agreement, and at the end of the day the verdict raises a lot of question
