Abstract

Fall is an event that can cause death and disability. The incidence of falls in hospitals can be dealt with implementation of the SOP (standard operating procedure). this research aims to identify the description of the implementation of the SOP prevention patients the risk of falls in inpatient room third Floor VIP SHKJ. The method used a descriptive quantitative observation through study. Sampling technique observation through study. Sampling technique is the high risk of falls (RT)> 14 found a diving one-month of research and observation period in three times. Using data collection sheet SOP observation checklist that owned Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk (SHKJ). For the SOP implementated give code 1, and for for which no implementated give code 0. The results of the research on the low-risk category there are 23 times or 55% of the action carried out with complete, risk being 24 or 62%, and high risk 8 or 53%. Based on this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the SOP risk patients fall prevention is done inpatient VIP room third floor still has not been implemented in full. the results of this research are expected to be a correction to the nurses room to improve implementation of the SOP in order to prevent the occurrence of incidents of falling in the hospital / Jatuh merupakan kejadian yang dapat menyebabkan kematian dan kecacatan. insiden jatuh di rumah sakit dapat ditangani dengan pelaksanaan SOP atau (standard operating procedure) yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan pasien risiko jatuh yang dilakukan di ruang rawat inap VIP lantai tiga SHKJ. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui studi observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah seluruh pasien risiko jatuh kategori: risiko jatuh rendah (RR) 0-5, risiko jatuh sedang (RS) 6-13, hingga risiko jatuh tinggi (RT) >14 yang ditemukan selam satu bulan masa penelitian dan tiga kali masa pengamatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar SOP observasi checklist yang dimiliki SHKJ. Pada tindakan SOP yang dilaksankan seluruhnya diberi tanda 1, dan untuk tidak dilaksankan diberi tanda 0. Hasil penelitian pada kategori risiko rendah terdapat 23 kali atau 55 % tindakan yang dilaksanakan dengan lengkap, resiko sedang 24 atau 62%, dan risiko tinggi 8 atau 53%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan pasien resiko jatuh yang dilakukan diruangan rawat inap VIP lantai tersebut masih belum dilaksanakan dengan lengkap. hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi koreksi bagi perawat ruangan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap pelaksanaan SOP guna mencegah terjadinya insiden jatuh di rumah sakit.
