Abstract

Latar Belakang: E-Learning merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang membutuhkan koneksi internet agar bisa mengakses materi dan tugas yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. E-Learning memampukan mahasiswa untuk dapat bisa berinteraksi dengan dosen tanpa tatap muka secara langsung. Di Indonesia, masih banyak mahasiswa yang masih kebingungan dan menjadi pasif dikarenakan adanya penumpukan informasi yang kurang bermanfaat dan stress dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh atau online learning, sehingga hal ini berdampak pada kepuasan yang dimiliki oleh setiap mahasiswa terhadap online learning itu sendiri. Berdasarkan data awal didapatkan bahwa mahasiswa Keperawatan di Universitas Pelita Harapan masih belum puas terhadap pembelajaran laboratorium secara online dan ragu akan kompetensi praktik keperawatan. Tujuan Penelitian: mengetahui kepuasan mahasiswa Keperawatan angkatan 2018 dan 2019 UPH tentang online learning pada praktik laboratorium klinik. Metode Penelitian: metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mengobservasi fenomena yang terjadi hanya satu kali pada satu waktu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan. Sampel yang akan diambil sebesar 240 orang, mahasiswa angkatan 2018 dan 2019 dengan teknik random sampling. Penelitian berlangsung pada bulan Januari sampai Mei 2021, dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2018 dan 2019 sebanyak 140 responden (58%) puas, sebanyak 60 responden (25%) sangat puas, sebanyak 38 responden (16%) cukup puas, dan sebanyak 2 responden (1%) kurang puas terhadap praktik laboratorium klinik secara online. Kesimpulan: Kepuasan mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2018 dan 2019 tentang praktik laboratorium klinik secara online mayoritas masuk dalam kategori puas. /Background: E-Learning is a learning method that requires an internet connection to access the material and assignments that has been given to students. E-Learning enables students to be able to interact with lecturers without meeting face-to-face. In Indonesia, there are still many students who are still confused and become passive, due to the accumulation of less useful information, and stress in distance learning or online learning, so this has an impact on the satisfaction that each student has with online learning itself. Based on preliminary data, it was found that Nursing student’s at Pelita Harapan University were not satisfied with online laboratory learning and had doubts about the competence of nursing practice. Research Objectives: To examine the satisfaction of UPH Nursing students of 2018 and 2019 about online learning in clinical laboratorium practice. Research method: descriptive quantitative research method, where the researchers observe phenomena that occur only once at a time. The population is the nursing students of Pelita Harapan University. The sample to be taken is 240 people, students of 2018 and 2019 class using random sampling technique. The research took place from January to May 2021. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that nursing student’s class of 2018 and 2019 were in the satisfied category of 140 respondents (58%), 60 respondents (25%) were very satisfied, 38 respondents (16%) were less satisfied, and 2 respondents (1%) were dissatisfied with online clinical practice. Conclusion: The satisfaction of nursing students from class of 2018 and 2019 regarding to online clinical laboratorium practice majority is in the satisfied category.
