Latar Belakang: Seks pranikah merupakan tingkah laku yang didorong oleh dorongan seksual atau kegiatan untuk mendapatkan kesenangan organ seksual melalui berbagai perilaku sebelum terikat oleh pernikahan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi remaja melakukan seks pranikah yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Ketidakmampuan remaja mengontrol diri dalam masa peralihan serta faktor yang mempengaruhi mengakibatkan remaja melakukan seks pranikah yang dapat menimbulkan dampak pada psikologis, fisik maupun sosial. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja di Indonesia dengan melakukan literatur review.  Metode Penelitian: Literature Review, dengan empat database yaitu Garuda, Google Scholar, Pubmed dan EBSCO. Pencarian literatur menggunakan kata kunci dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dengan Boolean operator “AND”. Hasil: Penelitian terhadap 10 artikel menghasilkan tiga tema utama yaitu gambaran aktivitas seks pranikah remaja, faktor yang mempengaruhi dan dampak perilaku seks. Gambaran aktivitas seks pranikah remaja memiliki empat sub tema yaitu bentuk perilaku seks, lokasi melakukan perilaku seks pranikah, aktivitas pernah atau tidak melakukan dan sikap remaja terhadap seks pranikah. Faktor yang mempengaruhi memiliki dua subtema yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Sementara dampak perilaku seks pranikah memiliki tiga sub tema yaitu dampak psikologis, dampak fisiologis dan dampak sosial. Rekomendasi: perawat sebagai edukator berperan memberikan edukasi kepada remaja tentang Kesehatan reproduksi, bahaya serta dampak perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja./Background: Premarital sex is behavior that is driven by sexual urges or activities to get pleasure from sexual organs through various behaviors before being bound by marriage. There are internal and external factors that influence adolescents to have premarital sex. The inability of adolescents to control themselves during the transition period as well as the factors that influence adolescents to have premarital sex which can have psychological, physical and social impacts. Research Objectives: To determine the description of premarital sex behavior in adolescents in Indonesia by conducting a literature review. Research Methods: Literature Review, with four databases, namely Garuda, Google Scholar, Pubmed and EBSCO. Literature search uses keywords in Indonesian and English with the Boolean operator "AND". Results: The study of 10 articles produces three main themes, it’s the description of adolescent premarital sex activity, the factors that influence and the impact of sexual behavior. The description of the form of adolescent premarital sex activity has four sub-themes, it’s the form of sexual behavior, the location for conducting premarital sex behavior, the activity that has or does not do this and the attitude of adolescents towards premarital sex. Factors that influence sexs behaviour have two sub-themes, internal factors and external factors. Meanwhile, the impact of premarital sex behavior has three sub-themes, psychological impacts, physiological impacts and social impacts. Recommendations: Nurses as educators play a role in providing education to adolescents about reproductive health, the dangers and impacts of premarital sexual behavior on adolescents.
