Abstract

Kegiatan virtual event belakangan ini sangat marak dilakukan dengan latar belakang tujuan yang beraneka ragam. Maraknya pelaksanaan virtual event ini terjadi akibat terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda dunia yang kemudian membuat hampir sebagian besar masyarakat bergantung pada penggunaan teknologi. Dimana penulisan laporan magang ini sendiri bertujuan agar Pemagang dapat mempelajari bagaimana manajemen komunikasi diterapkan pada program virtual talk-show NGOCE dan juga agar Pemagang dapat mengetahui bagaimana proses produksi virtual talk-show NGOCE di news and media website IndonesiaBaik.Id. Dalam sebuah kegiatan organisasi, tentunya sangat dibutuhkan adanya manajemen komunikasi yang baik. Terutama dalam hal ini, kegiatan program NGOCE diadakan secara virtual sehingga membutuhkan komunikasi yang maksimal dari semua pihak yang terlibat agar tidak terjadi miss communication. Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh seluruh anggota tim sepenuhnya dilakukan secara online sehingga kesalahpahaman sangat mungkin terjadi antara anggota tim. Dengan terus melakukan online meeting atau rapat secara virtual, seluruh anggota tim dan pihak lain yang terlibat, selalu berupaya untuk saling berkomunikasi dengan baik dan semaksimal mungkin agar acara ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar. / Virtual event activities lately are very lively with a diverse background of goals. The rise of virtual event implementation occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world which then made most of the community dependent on the use of technology. Where the writing of the internship report itself aims so that the Apprentice can learn how communication management is applied to the NGOCE virtual talk-show program and also so that the Apprentice can know how the production process of ngoce virtual talk-show in news and media website IndonesiaBaik.Id. In an organizational activity, there is a need for good communication management. Especially in this case, NGOCE program activities are held virtually so that it requires maximum communication from all parties involved in order not to happen miss communication. Communication conducted by the entire team is entirely done online so misunderstandings are highly likely between team members. By continuing to conduct online meetings or virtual meetings, all team members and other parties involved, always try to communicate well with each other and as much as possible so that this event can run smoothly.
