Celah bibir adalah munculnya belahan di mulut ataupun bibir dan dapat terjadi sejak awal kehamilan. Hal tersebut disebabkan gagalnya jaringan sejak janin pada pembentukan bibir atau mulut. Celah bibir merupakan kelainan kongenital yang paling umum ditemukan, dan dapat mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak jika tidak perbaiki secepat mungkin. Sebagian besar Orang tua mengalami trauma emosional dan kecenderungan lebih khawatir terhadap anaknya yang memiliki celah bibir, maka dengan melakukan tindakan operasi dapat memperbaiki tumbuh kembang anak Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan Orang tua terhadap hasil operasi celah bibir di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village Penelitian ini menggunakan studi desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara convenience sampling, dan diberikan kepada anak yang berusia 3 bulan sampai 1 tahun yang mengalami operasi celah bibir di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village, dengan sebanyak 380 sampel, serta yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan tidak sesuai dengan kriteria eksklusi. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Cleft Evaluation Patient (CEP). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Faktor jenis kelamin anak, jumlah anak, tingkat akhir Pendidikan Orang tua, jenis kelainan anak pada bilateral dan unilateral, dan jenis kelainan anak dengan atau tanpa celah bibir tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan Ayah terhadap hasil operasi celah bibir.Serta Faktor jumlah anak, tingkat akhir Pendidikan dan jenis kelainan dengan atau tanpa celah bibir tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan ibu terhadap hasil operasi celah bibir. Namun faktor jenis kelamin anak dan jenis kelainan anak dengan bilateral atau unilateral dapat dinyatakan bahwa mempengaruhi hasil tingkat kepuasan Ibu terhadap hasil operasi celah bibir di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village./ Cleft lip is the appearance of a split in the mouth or lips which may occur early in pregnancy. This is due to the failure of the fetal tissue to form the lips or mouth. Cleft lip is the most common congenital abnormality, and can affect the child's development if it is not repaired as soon as possible. Most parents experience emotional trauma and tend to be more worried about their children who have cleft lips. Hence, performing surgery can improve children's growth and development. The purpose of this study was knowing the factors that affect the level of parental satisfaction with the result of cleft lip surgery at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. This study used a cross sectional design study. The research sample was taken by convenience sampling, and was given to children aged 3 months to 1 years who had cleft lip surgery at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village; with 380 samples, and those who fit the inclusion criteria and did not match the exclusion criteria. Data were collected using the Cleft Evaluation Patient (CEP) questionnaire. The results of this study explain that the factors of the gender of the child, the number of children, the final level of parental education, the type of child disorder on bilateral and unilateral basis, and the type of child disorder with or without cleft lip do not affect the level of satisfaction of the father’s with the results of the cleft lip. Factors Number of children, final level of education and types of disorders with or cleft lip did not affect satisfaction of the mother’s with the results of cleft lip surgery. However, the gender of the child and the type of child disorder bilaterally or unilaterally can state that it affects the results of the mother's level of satisfaction with the results of lip surgery at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital.
