Abstract
The use of patient cards online or known as Patient Health Record (PHR) becomes very important in the current state of the world at risk and the worst possible health risks that may be faced. This PHR requires real-time data taken from the utilization of the smartwatch. Along with the advancement of technology, many created smartwatches with various brands. Based on this, a comparison of smartwatch features is made to determine the features and specifications required for the use of this smartwatch as well as the application of sending health data to PHR online.
This study used two types of smartwatches, namely those that have a brand and that do not have a brand with iWatch 3 and H9 ECG. Data collection conducted is SpO2, heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep monitoring conducted on three participants as many as 30 sample data of SpO2 and heart rate, 10 sample data of blood pressure, and sleep monitoring for one week. The collected data is processed by paired t-test method to evaluate the means of populations using hypothesis whether the data have significant differences or not. Next is data will be calculated by using MAPE to get the percentage value and for calibration. In addition, the app is designed to send data from the smartwatch to Firebase and is displayed in web-based PHR.
The results obtained from this study shown that based on paired t-test, smartwatch non-brand could not measure accurately enough but smartwatch with brand can. Meanwhile with MAPE, got the result that measurement of heart rate from both smartwatches are a very good measurement with mean percentage below 10%. Besides, there are 10,73% of systolic and 14,69% of diastolic blood pressure with 12,7% mean percentage which is included a good measurement. Unlike sleep monitoring measurements, non-brand smartwatches are less able to work properly due to inaccurate measurements and unclear displays in apps. This explains that non-brand smartwatches are still able to work well even though it takes a while to pause when the measurements and results are not maximized.
