Latar Belakang: Variabilitas tekanan darah memengaruhi tingkat morbiditas dan mortalitas serta menjadi prediktor kejadian penyakit kardiovaskular. Dilaporkan terdapat peningkatan variabilitas tekanan darah 24 jam secara signifikan terhadap kelompok subjek dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2, dan peningkatan variabilitas tekanan darah diduga memiliki hubungan terhadap peningkatan kejadian proteinuria pada pasien dengan diabetes melitus tipe 2. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pada variabilitas tekanan darah pasien diabetes melitus dengan proteinuria dan non-proteinuria Metode Penelitian: Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi deskriptif observasional terhadap subjek dengan metode pemilihan subjek secara konsekutif menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik pasien yang melakukan rawat inap maupun rawat jalan di Klinik Utama Rawat Inap Rahayu Kab. Lampung Tengah. Jumlah minimal sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 subjek yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok subjek yakni kelompok subjek diabetes melitus tipe 2 dengan proteinuria dan kelompok tanpa proteinuia. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 26.0 dengan menggunakan uji statistik Mann Whitney dan Kruskall Wallis Hasil Penelitian : Uji statistik yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari seluruh parameter pengukuran tekanan darah dan variabilitas tekanan darah pada kelompok subjek diabetes melitus tipe 2 dengan proteinuria dibandingkan dengan tanpa proteinuria (nilai p < 0.05), kecuali untuk hasil pengukuran tekanan darah diastolik rata / Background: : Blood pressure variability affects morbidity and mortality rates and is a predictor of cardiovascular disease incidence. Aim: To know the outcome between blood pressure variability status in patients with type 2 diabetes proteinuria and non-proteinuria at Rahayu Hospital, Central Lampung Methods: The research was conducted with a descriptive observational study of the subject group. Data analysis using SPSS 26.0 program using the Mannn Whitney test and kruskall wallis statistical test to determine whether there are significant differences between the two groups of subjects Result : The statistical tests conducted showed that there were significant differences in all parameters of blood pressure measurement and blood pressure variability in the group of type 2 diabetes melitus subjects with proteinuria compared to those without proteinuria (p value <0.05), except for the mean diastolic blood pressure measurement results. (p = 0.907). Conclusion: There is a significant difference in the results of blood pressure measurements and blood pressure variability except for the mean diastolic blood pressure in the group of subjects with type 2 diabetes melitus with proteinuria against the group of subjects without proteinuria
