Abstract
Pharmacy services in hospitals have minimum standards that must be achieved, to meet these criteria, of course, optimal services are needed by prioritizing the quality of drugs and their use. Improvements in meeting the need for drug availability and compliance with the formulary as well as being cost-effective are very influential because they have an impact on the fulfillment and non-fulfillment of prescription services. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of R/drug in prescriptions that were fulfilled and R/drugs on prescriptions that were not fulfilled based on prescription sheets and system input. This research method is descriptive retrospective by searching secondary data on prescription sheets and input data on a computer with data collection tables. Based on the minimum standard of pharmacy services in hospitals, the percentage of achieving prescription services according to the formulary is 100% so that to achieve this figure, it is important to evaluate the pharmacy services that are gradually increasing to be good. Results of research conductedbased on a total of 1209 drugs, the total number of drugs fulfilled were 1098 drugs (91%) consisting of 139 total prescription drugs fulfilled (94%), 59 total prescription drugs for insurance (92%), and 900 total prescription drugs for BPJS fulfilled (90%). The number of drugs that were not fulfilled were 98 (8%) consisting of 5 total unfulfilled general prescription drugs (3%), 5 insurance prescription drugs (8%), and 88 unfulfilled BPJS prescription drugs (9%). The number of drugs replaced were 13 drugs (1%) consisting of 4 substituted general prescription drugs (3%), none for insurance prescription drugs (0%), and 9 BPJS prescription drugs replaced (1%).
