Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan virus baru keluarga Coronaviridae yang sangat menular melalui droplet dan menginfeksi organ pernafasan pada manusia. Kurangnya edukasi dan pengetahuan mengenai Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan salah satu faktor risiko dari penyebaran penyakit COVID-19. Terdapat banyak penelitian hubungan pengetahuan dan perilaku PHBS pada masyarakat, namun belum pada mahasiswa FK UPH. Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan perilaku mahasiswa FK UPH terhadap PHBS. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi desain potong lintang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 102 subjek yang merupakan mahasiswa FK UPH menggunakan metode sampel purposif. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan PHBS dan perilaku PHBS pada periode Agustus – Oktober 2021. Hasil penelitian sudah diolah dengan analisis uji Fisher menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 23.0. Dari 102 sampel ditemukan: mayoritas wanita (65,7%), tinggal di wilayah Jawa-Bali (83,3%), angkatan 2018 (77,5%), memiliki pengetahuan baik terhadap PHBS (95,1%) dan memiliki perilaku negatif terhadap PHBS (57,8%). Uji Fisher mendapatkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku terhadap PHBS (p = 1). / Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new contagious virus from Coronaviridae family that spreads via droplet and infects human respiratory organ. Lack of educated and knowledge about clean healthy life behavior is one of the risk factor in COVID-19 spread. There are research about association between knowledge and behavior on clean healthy life behavior among citizens, but not among medical students. To identify the associaton between knowledge and behavior among students on clean healthy life behavior at UPH Medical School. Cross sectional study was chosen as the method used in this research. Samples were taken from UPH medical students using purposive sampling, targeting 102 students as the subjects. The data were collected using PHBS knowledge and PHBS behavior questionnaire between the time interval of August – October 2021. The result of this research processed under the Chi – Square analytic method using the program of IMB SPSS 23.0 version. From 102 samples it was found: the majority of the samples were women (65.7%), living in the Java-Bali area (83.3%), class of 2018 (77.5%), having good knowledge of PHBS (95.1%) and having negative behavior to PHBS (57.8%). Fisher's exact found that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and behavior on PHBS (p = 1).
