Abstract

Universitas Pelita Harapan adalah kampus swasta yang terletak di karawaci. Hingga saat ini, Universitas Pelita Harapan masih belum memiliki website yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk melakukan penjadwalan workshop dan registrasi workshop. Segala proses masih dilakukan melalui postingan Instagram maupun sosial media lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi sistem informasi student skill profile sebagai Tugas Akhir. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang ini akan mencakup segala proses dari penginputan data, penjadwalan hingga registrasi. Data registrasi dan data informasi mahasiswa maupun institusi, akan tersimpan dalam database dan diolah menjadi laporan yang dapat diakses untuk keperluan Univesitas Pelita Harapan dan pihak institusi. Tugas Akhir ini juga berfokus kepada pengembangan aplikasi dengan menggunakan metodologi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pemodelan yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah UML 2.5 yaitu use case diagram, table relationship diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah aplikasi untuk student skill profile, serta menyediakan pengelolaan data dalam bentuk laporan excel bagi Universitas Pelita Harapan. / Pelita Harapan University is a private campus located in karawaci. Until now, Pelita Harapan University still does not have a website that can help students to schedule workshops and register for workshops. All processes are still carried out through Instagram posts and other social media. This study aims to design and develop a student skill profile information system application as a Final Project. What will be designed will cover all processes from data input, scheduling to recording. Registration of data and information on students and institutions will be stored in a database and processed into reports that can be accessed for the purposes of Pelita Harapan University and the institution. This final project also focuses on application development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology using the PHP programming language. The modeling used in the development of this application is UML 2.5, namely use case diagrams, table relationship diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this final project is an application for student skill profiles, as well as providing data management in the form of excel reports for Pelita Harapan University.
