Abstract
Generasi muda Indonesia sekarang memiliki ketertarikan dan potensi yang luar biasa dalam berpolitik, hal ini terbukti generasi millennial dan juga Gen Z sangat antusias dalam berpartisipasi pada saat pemilu 2019. Hasil survey LSI per Agustus 2019, partai poltik menjadi lembaga negara yang memiliki tingkat kepercayaan paling rendah. Tingkat kepercayaan public terhadap partai politik hanya berkisar di angka 53 persen. Dalam pembuatan laporan, penulis wajib mengikuti kegiatan magang di DPW NasDem DKI Jakarta, dan kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengimplementasikan proses kegiatan partai politik yang dilakukan di DPW NasDem DKI Jakarta dalam melakukan kegiatan politik serta untuk mengetahui peranan DPW NasDem DKI Jakarta dalam pendekatan kepada masyarakat melalui Instagram @fraksinasdemjkt. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan selama kegiatan magang ini adalah Partai NasDem banyak menggaet para milenials untuk bergabung dengan mengadakan “MABAR” yang mengijinkan para anak muda bangsa Indonesia untuk terus melakukan gerakan perubahan dengan cara merestorasi bangsa dengan mengikuti politik. Melalui divisi sosial media penulis mempelajari proses media dalam dunia politik yang beragam macam dan tahapan untuk bisa dimuat di Instagram @fraksinasdemjkt dan proses brainstorming untuk menciptakan konten yang menarik dan bisa mendapatkan perhatian masyarakat, penulis mempelajari bagaimana teamwork bisa dimaksimalkan walaupun sedang pandemic dan bisa dilakukan dimana saja dengan mengandalkan WFH (work from home) secara maksimal dan mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. / The young generation of Indonesia now has extraordinary interest and potential in politics, this is proven by the millennial generation and Gen Z are very enthusiastic in participating in the 2019 election. The results of the LSI survey as of August 2019, political parties are state institutions that have the lowest level of trust . The level of public trust in political parties is only around 53 percent. In preparing the report, the author is required to take part in an internship at DPW NasDem DKI Jakarta, and this activity has the aim of studying and implementing the process of political party activities carried out at DPW NasDem DKI Jakarta in carrying out political activities and to find out the role of DPW NasDem DKI Jakarta in approaching the public via Instagram @franasdemjkt. The conclusion obtained during this internship activity is that the NasDem Party attracts many millennials to join by holding "MABAR" which allows young Indonesians to continue to carry out movements for change by restoring the nation by following politics. Through the social media division, the author studied the media process in the political world of various kinds and stages to be uploaded on Instagram @franasdemjkt and the brainstorming process to create interesting content and get people's attention, the author learned how teamwork can be maximized even though it's a pandemic and can be done anywhere just rely on WFH (work from home) maximally and get satisfactory results.
