Topik penelitian ini dimulai dari penulis yang melakukan penelitian di TSDSIA. TSDSIA sendiri merupakan jasa konsultan dibidang desain interior dan arsitektur yang dipimpin oleh Tony Sofian. TSDSIA terus bermain dengan estetika, fungsi, ekonomi, dan sosial untuk menciptakan pengalaman desain yang memenuhi kebutuhan, keinginan, serta memecahkan permasalahan yang diberikan oleh klien. Dalam melakukan proses kreativitas, TSDSIA menggunakan sistem kerja “collaborative teams”. Sistem kerja kolaborasi ini merupakan sebuah metode kerja yang tidak mampu untuk dihindari dan ditidak digunakan terlebih pada saat ini. Kolaborasi adalah strategi yang dapat memanfaatkan pengetahuan kolektif individu untuk mencapai hasil yang mungkin tidak pernah dibayangkan sebelumnya. Kolaborasi juga menciptakan kondisi kerja yang lebih menarik, menantang, dan menyenangkan dalam mencapai hasil kreativitas desain. Pada proses analisis, penulis akan menggunakan teori 4P yang digunakan oleh Sohyun Park (2020) untuk mengupas lebih lanjut mengenai “collaboration” dan “creativity” melalui empat komponen yaitu people, process, product, dan press yang merupakan faktor integral dalam membangun kreativitas. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan metode studi kasus instrumen dan teknik pengolahan data (reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan). Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keempat komponen kreativitas di TSDSIA, proses sistem kerja “collaborative teams” dan proses kreativitas desain di TSDSIA, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kreativitas desain karyawan untuk menghasilkan desain yang berkualitas. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini melihat pengaruh sistem kerja “collaborative teams” sebagai upaya kreativitas desain di TSDSIA. /This research topic began while the researcher observes TSDSIA. TSDSIA is an architecture and interior consultant led by Tony Sofian as principal. TSDSIA constantly plays with aesthetic, function, economic, and social in order to create design experience that meets the client's needs, desire, and solving problems. During the creative process, TSDSIA practice "collaborative teams" as their working system. This collaborative system is mandatory method especially in these days. Collaboration is a strategy that utilize individual collective knowledge to achieve result beyond imagination. Moreover, collaboration also create an exciting, challenging, and interesting working condition in order to result a creative design. In this research's analysis, the researcher used 4P theory by Sohyun Park (2020) to analyse further about "collaboration" and "creativity" through four components which are people, process, product, and press. These components are integral factor that builds creativity. To analyse the data, the researcher used instrumental study case and data processing techniques (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusion). The purpose of this research aims to discover four creativity components in TSDSIA, the process of "collaborative teams" as working system and creative design process in TSDSIA also, the effect to designer's creativity as an effort to obtain quality design. In the end, this research intent to analyse the impact "collaborative teams" working system as an effort of creative design in TSDSIA.
