Abstract

Industri 4.0 memperkenalkan teknologi baru yang dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan tersebut, mengurangi implikasi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yakni, Pertama, penulis bertujuan untuk memeriksa dampak implikasi kerja COVID-19 terhadap kinerja karyawan (yaitu kualitas dan pengiriman output). Kedua, berusaha untuk memverifikasi peran moderasi dari teknologi dasar I4.0 pada hubungan ini. Penulis melakukan survey terhadap 103 pegawai dari perusahaan tersebut dengan berbagai latar belakang divisi layanan. Penulisan ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data ini dengan teknik convenience sampling dengan skala 1-5 Likert. Teknik Analisa data yang digumakan adalah menguji Multikoloneritas, multiple regression dengan program SPSS ver 25.0 Hasil penulisan mengungkapkan bahwa implikasi pekerjaan COVID-19 (yaitu lingkungan kerja kantor rumah, ketidakamanan kerja, dan koneksi virtual) berdampak pada kinerja karyawan, meskipun tidak pada tingkat yang sama. SelanjutnyaKesimpulan yang di dapat pada penulisan ini adalah output quality pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variable home Sedangkan output delivery dipengaruhi oleh home. Dari hasil penulisan ini, penulis mengharapkan pihak berwenang manajemen sumber daya manusia disuatu perusahaan dapat memperhatikan pengaruh-pengaruh tersebut. / Industri 4.0 introduces new technologies that can facilitate these activities, reducing the implications of COVID-19. The purpose of this paper is, First, the author aims to examine the impact of the work implications of COVID-19 on employee performance (i.e. quality and delivery of output). Second, it seeks to verify the moderating role of the I4.0 underlying technology in this relationship. The author conducted a survey of 103 employees of the company with various backgrounds in the service division. This writing uses quantitative techniques. This data was collected using a convenience sampling technique with a scale of 1-5 Likert. The data analysis technique used is to test multicollinearity, multiple regression with the SPSS ver 25.0 program. The results reveal that the work implications of COVID-19 (i.e. home office work environment, work insecurity, and virtual connections) have an impact on employee performance, although not to the same degree. . Furthermore, the conclusion that can be obtained in this writing is that the output quality of employees is influenced by the home variable, while the delivery output is influenced by the home. From the results of this paper, the authors expect the human resource management authorities in a company to pay attention to these influences.
