Abstract

The purpose of this internship program is to know communication pattern of creative team at Trans TV in BROWNIS program. This internship program start from 15 May 2018 until 30 August 2017 at Trans TV. This company already get many appreciation and achievement for the program that they make. Behind all of the program that they make, there is some people that have ability and creative idea to make that program. To make some program in television station is not that easy, we need good communication skill and good team work. Not only communication in face to face but we need communication through social media. The result for this internship program , it can be proved that even they more intense have communication through social media, but the communication still at the good place and communication between the leader and all of staff still in the best place, because even in this team we always using media social for communication, but its didn’t give any bad affect as long we make this program./ Praktek magang ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi tim kreatif dalam program BROWNIS di Trans TV. Pelaksanaan magang pada tanggal 15 Mei 2017 sampai dengan 30 Agustus 2017 di stasiun televisi Trans TV. Stasiun televisi ini merupakan perusahaan stasiun televisi yang telah meraih banyak penghargaan atas program-program yang di tayangkan. Di balik dari pada program yang ditayangkan terdapat beberapa orang yang memiliki kemampuan dan ide-ide kreatif . Membuat sebuah program itu tidaklah mudah, dibutuhkan komunikasi dan kerja sama antara kerabat kerja yang baik di dalamnya.Bukan hanya komunikasi yang dilakukan secara face to face saja tetapi komunikasi yang menggunakan media sosial. Hasil praktek magang menunjukan bahwa walaupun komunikasi lebih sering melalui perantara media tetapi komunikasi di dalam perusahaan Trans TV masih tergolong cukup baik, dan komunikasi antara atasan dengan bawahan pun dapat dikatergorikan sebagai komunikasi yang baik dikarenakan walaupun komunikasi di dalam tim kreatif ini lebih sering menggunakan media sosial, tetapi komunikasi itu tetap berjalan lancar yang tidak mempengaruhi pembuatan program ini.
