Abstract

Technological developments in the field of broadcasting bring changes to a number of areas, one of them is a change in the field of technology from the era of print media to the era of digital media. For example is television. Television media has become the answer of the needs of audiences who need a complete information services, fast and precise in this digital era. One factor is due to the nature of television that can reach a wide audience that is heterogeneous at once in one time. Trainees taked internships that started from 5 September to 29 December 2017 on NET TV. The internship program aims to find out the stages of NET TV production in detail and depth.. Therefore from the ongoing internship process, me as an intern can conclude that the production process will take place smoothly if the creative team that plays in the pre-production stage is to contigue the content in detail and specific but in the implementation of the production process the entire production team in charge have to work together so the communication error will not occurred during the shooting process./ Perkembangan teknologi di bidang dunia penyiaran membawa perubahan kepada sejumlah bidang, salah satunya adalah perubahan pada bidang teknologi dari era media cetak ke era media digital. salah satunya adalah televisi. media televisi telah menjadi jawaban dari kebutuhan khalayak yang membutuhkan jasa layanan informasi yang lengkap, cepat dan tepat pada era digital ini. Salah satu faktornya adalah karena sifat televisi yang dapat menjangkau khalayak luas yang bersifat heterogen sekaligus dalam satu waktu. Pemagang melakukan kegiatan magang yang berlangsung mulai dari tanggal 5 september sampai dengan 29 desember 2017 di NET TV. program kegiatan magang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan produksi net tv secara detail dan mendalam. Oleh karena itu dari proses magang yang berlangsung, pemagang dapat menyimpulkan bahwa proses produksi akan berlangsung lancar apabila tim kreatif yang berperan pada tahapan pra-produksi mendesaign konten secara detail dan spesifik tetapi dalam pelaksaan proses produksi seluruh tim produksi yang bertugas juga harus saling bekerja sama sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam komunikasi selama proses shooting berlangsung.
