Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) is an institute that focuses in scientific products and research and development in Indonesia. The institute owns a website that can be accessed as a source of information. The Institute wants to add some promotion sites into their website, so that people can understand what kind of products that this institute offers. The main task of this internship is to design a promotion web which shows the products of the institute. The website that will be created will show any informations that are related by the products from the intstitute. The web is developed with HTML5. The website will also created based from the homepage of the BRIN site. The system desain will be created by using UML diagram, and the website testing will use the black box method. The methods that will be created during the website creation is the qualitative method and the quantitative method. Testing must fulfill the specified criteria in which all results are matches with the institute’s requirements for the website, and aslo the right implementation of the 8 Golden Rules. The testing result shows that all features and functions inside the web, such as accessibility for accessing patents in several ways and validation system in the enquiry site works as the intstitute intended. As the result, the development of the promotion website has now finished, and the website works as intended. The website is now ready to be visited by anyone. / Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) adalah sebuah institusi yang berfokuskan pada produk saintifik dan riset dan pengembangan di Indonesia. Institusi ini memiliki sebuah situs web yang bisa diakses untuk mendapatkan informasi. Institusi ingin untuk memasukan situs-situs promosi kedalam website mereka, supaya para pengunjung situs dapat memahami produk-produk yang institusi ini tawarkan. Tugas utama dari magang ini adalah untuk menciptakan desain dari situs promosi yang memperlihatkan produk-produk dari institusi. Situs yang akan dirancang akan menunjukan informasi yang berkaitan dengan produk-produk dari institusi. Situs ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan HTML5. Website yang akan dirancang juga akan mengikuti desain dari homepage utama dari situs BRIN. Desain sistem akan dirancang dari diagram UML, dan pengujian website akan menggunakan metode black box. Website yang akan dibuat menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam proses pembuatannya. Pengujian harus memenuhi kriteria tertentu yang dimana semua hasil sesuai dengan ketentuan institusi yang ditetapkan untuk situs web, dan juga menerapkan aspek 8 Golden Rules secara tepat. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa semua fitur dan fungsi di dalam website, seperti aksesbilitas dalam mengakses halaman paten dalam berbagai cara, dan system validasi dalam situs enquiry bekerja sesuai ekspektasi institusi. Sebagai hasilnya, pengembangan situs promosi telah selesai dibangun dan telah berjalan dengan lancar. Situs website tersebut sekarang siap dikunjungi oleh siapapun.
