PT. Duta Laserindo Metal is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing in Indonesia. In PT. Duta Laserindo Metal’s work environment, there is often interaction/cooperation between 2 or more workers in solving a problem. However, the interactions can be halted if the workers do not manage their work. Therefore, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal wishes to create an application that can help its workers to manage their tasks and work, as well as to be a business opportunity. In that application, a ticket system which consists of authentication and ticket creation is necessary. In this internship program, the application will be created using Agile SCRUM method. The intern will design the system in a form of activity diagram. Then, the system implementation will be done using Dart Flutter programming language, and Google Firebase framework. The implemented system will be tested by the developer team and the project manager. The implemented system is hoped to be able to help the users in managing their tasks or work. Intern has successfully designed and implemented the ticket system on Tiket Kerja application which covers the authentication system’s flow and ticket creation system. Intern’s success is determined through the test results that was done by the developer team and the project manager. The tests are done manually, by testing all the possible path of the created system. According to the result application-wise and database-wise, it can be concluded that the designed and implemented system has worked well. / PT. Duta Laserindo Metal merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fabrikasi dan manufaktur perakitan lembaran logam yang terkemuka di Indonesia. Dalam lingkungan kerja di PT. Duta Laserindo Metal, sering terjadi interaksi/kerja sama di antara 2 atau lebih pekerja dalam menyelesaikan sebuah masalah. Namun, interaksi/kerja sama tersebut bisa terhambat apabila pekerja tidak mengelola pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, PT. Duta Laserindo Metal ingin membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu pekerjanya untuk mengelola pekerjaannya, sekaligus dapat menjadi peluang bisnis. Dalam aplikasi tersebut, diperlukan sistem tiket yang terdiri dari autentikasi dan pembuatan tiket. Dalam proyek kerja magang ini, aplikasi dibuat dengan metode Agile SCRUM. Rancangan sistem akan dibuat dalam bentuk activity diagram. Kemudian implementasi sistem akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa program Dart Flutter, dan framework Google Firebase. Sistem yang telah diimplementasi akan diuji dengan metode White Box Testing oleh tim pengembang dan project manager. Sistem yang telah diimplementasi diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengelola tugas atau pekerjaan. Pemagang telah berhasil merancang dan mengimplementasi sistem tiket pada aplikasi Tiket Kerja meliputi alur sistem autentikasi dan sistem pembuatan tiket. Keberhasilan pemagang ditentukan dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh tim pengembang dan project manager. Pengujian dilakukan secara manual, dengan menguji semua alur kemungkinan dari sistem yang telah dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat dilihat bahwa sistem yang dirancang dan dimplementasi telah berjalan dengan baik.
