Abstract

Adanya berbagai perubahan dan perkembangan teknologi, memungkinkan setiap orang berinteraksi secara virtual dengan efektif melalui media sosial. Maka dari itu berbagai individu maupun organisasi juga dapat memanfaatkan kegunaan dari media sosial sebagai sarana untuk berbagi informasi dan promosi produk kepada masyarakat luas, seperti menggunakan media sosial TikTok sebagai salah satu sarana promosi. Sehingga peran dari content creator diperlukan untuk membuat konten mengenai produk dan mengelola sosial media dari produk tersebut. Peran pemagang sebagai content creator adalah untuk menciptakan konten-konten kreatif dan informatif di PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) kepada berbagai klien yang berbeda. Selama melakukan kegiatan magang yang berlangsung kurang lebih 4 bulan di PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia), pemagang telah menjalankan tujuan tersebut, yaitu membuat konsep dan video konten untuk mempromosikan produk/brand dari berbagai klien kepada masyarakat luas. Pemagang bertanggung jawab terhadap berbagai hal yang mengharuskan mengelola media sosial klien secara rinci serta berkomunikasi secara langsung kepada klien dari setiap produk berbeda yang dikelola pemagang, guna untuk menjalin hubungan baik antara perusahaan dan klien tersebut. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil setelah menyelesaikan kegiatan magang di PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) adalah, bahwa aktivitas seorang content creator sangatlah penting dalam pengelolaan sosial media. Akan tetapi, seorang content creator juga harus memahami nilai-nilai dari suatu perusahaan./ The existence of various changes and technological developments, allows everyone to interact virtually effectively through social media. Therefore, various individuals and organizations can also take advantage of the use of social media as a means to share information and promote products to the wider community, such as using TikTok social media as a means of promotion. So the role of content creators is needed to create content about products and manage social media from these products. The role of the intern as a content creator is to create creative and informative content at PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) for different clients. During internship which lasted for approximately 4 months at PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia), the intern has carried out this goal, namely creating concepts and video content to promote products/brands from various clients to the wider community. The intern is responsible for various matters that require managing the client's social media in detail and communicating directly to the client of each different product managed by the intern, in order to establish a good relationship between the company and the client. The conclusion that can be drawn after completing the internship at PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) is that the activity of a content creator is very important in managing social media. However, a content creator must also understand the values of a company.
