Abstract

Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) adalah sebagai pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk membuat akta otentik tentang tanah sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku khususnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 37 Tahun 1998 tentang Peraturan Jabatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah, sehingga tanggung jawab profesinya terkait erat dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku dimana harus direalisasikan pelaksanaannya secara teliti, hati-hati, dan tidak mengabaikan kode etik profesi dan sumpah jabatan yang telah dilakukan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai akta jual beli tanah yang dibuat oleh PPAT di luar wilayah jabatan. Penulis dalam penelitian ini ingin menelaah dan menganalisis lebih lanjut tentang keabsahan akta jual beli tanah yang dibuat oleh PPAT di luar wilayah jabatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara menliti bahan pustaka sedangkan metode pendekatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. / Official Land Deed Maker is a public official who is authorized to make authentic land deeds in accordance with applicable regulations, especially Government Regulation Number 24 Year 2016 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 concerning Position Regulations for Land Deed Making Officials, so that their professional responsibilities are closely related with the applicable provisions where the implementation must be carried out carefully, and does not neglect the professional code of ethics and the oath of office that has been carrid out. For this reason, it is necessary to do research on the deed of sale and purchase of land made by the Land Deed Maker Officer outside the area of office. The author in this study wants to examine and analyze further the validity of the deed of sale and purchase of land made by PPAT outside of the office area. The research method used is normative legal research, namely legal search conducted by researching library materials while the approach method is carried out using a legal approach and a conceptual approach.
