Abstract

Dalam sebuah proyek yang memiliki kompleksitas tinggi, terdapat berbagai pihak yang terlibat dari tahap perencanaan hingga pembangunan. Perencanaan yang masing-masing dilakukan secara terpisah oleh pihak berbeda ini dapat menyebabkan bentrokan(clash) pada desain yang direncanakan. Clash yang terjadi pada desain rencana terkadang tidak terdeteksi sebelum pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilakukan oleh kontraktor sehingga menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pelaksanaan konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, kemunculan Building Information Modelling (BIM), terutama clash detection dalam proses visualisasi pelaksanaan konstruksi dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengantisipasi bentrokan-bentrokan yang dapat terjadi pada desain rencana sebelum pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi dilakukan. Penerapan clash detection secara dini dalam menemukan potensi clash oleh kontraktor dapat menyebabkan efisiensi pada sisi biaya maupun waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi potensi clash yang dapat terjadi pada pemodelan tiga dimensi elemen struktur dan elemen pemipaan berdasarkan gambar for construction yang dimodelkan pada Autodesk Revit. Pemodelan masing-masing elemen struktur dan pemipaan ini dilakukan secara terpisah sebagai representasi pelaksanaan pemodelan dilakukan oleh disiplin yang berbeda sebelum integrasi pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan fitur clash detection pada Autodesk Naviswork Manage. Hasil clash detection yang dihasilkan oleh Autodesk Naviswork Manage ini kemudian akan diidentifikasi dan dikelompokan sehingga memudahkan proses identifikasi clash. Dalam pemodelan penelitian ini, dapat ditemukan 2833 titik clash antara elemen struktur dan elemen pemipaan. Clash yang ditemukan ini kemudian dikelompokan menjadi dua berdasarkan sifat kejadian yaitu noticed clash dan unnoticed clash. Noticed clash merupakan clash yang terjadi secara berulang ataupun telah direncanakan sebagai pekerjaan tambahan, sedangkan unnoticed clash merupakan clash yang terjadi tanpa pengulangan atau tidak direncanakan sebagai pekerjaan tambahan. Untuk studi kasus pada penelitian ini, dihasilkan sejumlah 38 kelompok noticed clash dan 18 kelompok unnoticed clash./In a project that has a high complexity, there are various parties involved from the planning stage to construction stage. Each of these stages is carried out separately by different parties, which can cause clashes in the planned design. Clashes that occur in the design plan are sometimes not detected before the work is carried out by the contractor, causing delays in the construction implementation process. Therefore, the emergence of Building Information Modeling (BIM), especially clash detection in the visualization process of construction implementation can be a solution in anticipating clashes that may occur in the design plan before the construction work is carried out. Early application of clash detection in finding potential clashes by contractors can lead to efficiency in terms of both cost and time in project implementation. This study aims to detect potential clashes that can occur in three-dimensional modeling between structural elements and piping elements based on for construction drawing modeled on Autodesk Revit. The modeling of each of these elements is carried out separately as a representation of the modelling process were carried out by different disciplines before the integration of modeling were conducted using the clash detective feature in Autodesk Naviswork Manage. The results of the clash detection generated by Autodesk Naviswork Manage will then be identified and grouped so as to facilitate the clash identification process. In this research modeling, 2833 clash points can be found between structural elements and piping elements. Founded clash point are then grouped into two groups based on the nature of the incident, namely the noticed clash and unnoticed clash. Noticed clash are group of clashes that occurs repeatedly or has been planned as additional work, while an unnoticed clash are clashes that occurs without repetition or is not planned as additional work. For this case study, 38 groups of noticed clashes and 18 groups of unnotified clashes were identified and categorized.
