Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen penting dalam suatu perusahaan dalam menjalankan praktik industri untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen organisasi, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. X Tulungagung. Terdapat fenomena dalam PT. X yang kontradiktif antara HRD dan karyawan tentang kepuasan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu komitmen organisasi yang diadaptasi dari Allen dan Meyer (1990), stres kerja yang diadaptasi dari Kristanto (2013) dan kepuasan kerja yang diadaptasi dari Robbins (1997). Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 69 orang karyawan tetap PT. X yang berada di Tulungagung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan positif dengan r= 0,985, p= 0,000. Stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan positif dengan r= 0,985, p= 0,000. Komitmen organisasi dan stres kerja memiliki hubungan dengan r= 0,986, p= 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, karyawan memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaannya di PT. X. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian terdapat hubungan antara komitmen organisasi, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Saran untuk perusahaan yaitu mempertahankan kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja serta meningkatkan komitmen organisasi karyawan / Human Resources (HR) is an important element in a company in carrying out industrial practices to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational commitment, job stress and job satisfaction of employees at PT. X Tulungagung. There is a phenomenon in PT. X that is contradictory between HRD and employees regarding job satisfaction. The study used a questionnaire consisting of three scales, namely organizational commitment adapted from Allen and Meyer (1990), work stress adapted from Kristanto (2013) and job satisfaction adapted from Robbins (1997). The subjects of this study consisted of 69 permanent employees of PT. X which is in Tulungagung. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive relationship with r = 0.985, p = 0,000. Job stress and job satisfaction have a positive relationship with r = 0.985, p = 0,000. Organizational commitment and work stress have a relationship with r = 0.986, p = 0,000. Based on the results of the study, employees have high job satisfaction with their work at PT. X. The conclusion in the study there is a relationship between organizational commitment, job stress and job satisfaction. Suggestions for companies are to maintain job satisfaction and job stress and increase employee organizational commitment
