Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pabrik Natali. Pabrik ini bergerak di bidang penjualan kemeja pria. Peneliti telah meneliti segi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di pabrik Natali dan menemukan bahwa masih ada para pekerja yang tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri serta belum terdapat obat pada kotak P3K yang seharusnya disediakan oleh pihak pabrik Natali. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bahaya apa saja yang terdapat di pabrik Natali. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 6 proses pekerjaan yang ada di pabrik Natali dengan menggunakan metode JHA dimana 6 proses ini dianggap pekerjaan yang memiliki potensi bahaya paling tinggi. Setelah mengetahui bahaya dari setiap pekerjaan, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan penentuan tingkat risiko pada metode HIRARC. Dengan mengetahui bahaya serta tingkat risiko peneliti dapat melakukan pengendalian dengan menggunakan metode HMP. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode JHA terdapat 15 bahaya dari 6 proses pekerjaan, dan pada saat menentukan tingkatan risiko, risiko yang terbesar terdapat di proses pemotongan bahan di mana jari pekerja berisiko putus terkena mesin potong yang digunakan. Setelah mengetahui setiap bahaya peneliti telah melakukan metode HMP untuk perbaikan prosedur dari setiap pekerjaan guna menghindari bahaya, kemudian menentukan urutan tingkat risiko guna memprioritaskan pekerjaan mana yang terlebih dahulu akan diatasi dengan urutan pemotongan bahan, menyetrika dengan menggunaka setrika uap, penyimpanan bahan kain, penjahitan bagian dari potongan kain, bersih benang dan pengepresan pada kerah leher dan tangan / This research was performed on Natali plant. This factory is engaged in selling men's shirts. The researcher had examined the aspect of Occupational Safety and Health in the Natali factory and found that there are still workers who do not use personal protective equipments. Additionally, there is no medication founded the first aid kit provided by the Natali factory. The purpose of this study was to find out what hazards were found in the Natali plant. This research was carried out on 6 work processes using the JHA method processes are considered to have the highest potential hazard in the Natali plant. After knowing the potential dangers of each job, the research continued with determining the level of risk by using the HIRARC method. By knowing the danger and the level of risk researchers can now control them by using the HMP method. Based on the analysis using the JHA method, 15 hazards are from 6 identified work processes. When determining the level of risk, the greatest risk is found in the process of cutting material where the workers' fingers are at risk of being cut by the cutting machines. After knowing every danger researchers have carried out the HMP method to improve the procedure of each job to avoid danger, then determine the order of risk level to prioritize which work will first be overcome by the order of cutting material, ironing using steam iron, fabric storage, sewing parts from pieces of cloth, clean yarn and pressing on the collar of the neck and hands
