Abstract

Trend endorse melalui media sosial sedang marak akhir-akhir ini, tetapi karena kurangnya aturan hukum yang mengawasi dan mengatur tentang tanggung jawab produk iklan usaha periklanan, maka banyak terjadi penyimpangan atas produk-produk yang di pasarkan dan dijual melalui media sosial. Tugas akhir ini secara khusus menyoroti penyimpangan yang terjadi di industri kosmetika, dimana produk-produk kosmetik ilegal di pasarkan melalui para artis dengan cara endorse. Mereka memasarkan produk kosmetik ilegal tersebut melalui media sosial, tanpa menyadari bahwa produk yang mereka endorse tersebut ternyata merupakan produk ilegal yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi masyarakat. Terjadinya endorse produk ilegal melalui media sosial kurang mendapatkan perhatian, karena tidak adanya undang-undang khusus tentang endorse yang mengatur hal tersebut. Sehingga pihak-pihak yang berwenang juga kurang menaruh perhatian atas hal tersebut. Hasil akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang tanggungg jawab pelaku endorse atas produk kosmetik ilegal melalui media sosial terkait tidak adanya ke khususan hukum yang mengatur mengenai endorse atas produk ilegal tersebut / The endorse trend through social media is on the rise lately, but due to the lack of legal rules that supervise and regulate the responsibility of advertising products for advertising businesses, there are many irregularities in products marketed and sold through social media. This final project specifically highlights the irregularities that occur in the cosmetics industry, where illegal cosmetic products are marketed through artists by means of endorse. They market illegal cosmetics products through social media, without realizing that the products they endorse are actually illegal products that can cause harm to society. The occurrence of endorse illegal products through social media received less attention, due to the absence of specific laws regarding endorse that regulate it. So that the authorities also pay less attention to it. This Final Project aims to explain the responsibility of endorse actors for illegal cosmetic products through social media due to the absence of specific laws governing endorse for illegal products
