dilanggar oleh pelaku usaha. Pelanggaran hak-hak tersebut menimbulkan kerugian materiil dan imateriil bagi konsumen. Oleh sebab itu di Indonesia Perlindungan Konsumen diatur oleh Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Perlindungan Konsumen juga sangat terkait dengan Hukum Persaingan Usaha yang diatur melalui UU No. 5 Tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat (selanjutnya disebut UU Anti Monopoli). Keterkaitan ini dikarenakan oleh perilaku usaha dalam bersaing mempengaruhi harga barang atau jasa yang dibeli oleh konsumen. Pada tahun 2016, PT. Yahama dan PT. Honda diputus oleh KPPU telah melanggar Pasal 5 UU Anti Monopoli mengenai penetapan harga yang mereka lakukan terhadap sepeda motor sekuter matik 110-125 cc. Namun dalam putusan itu tidak mewajibkan kedua perusahaan tersebut untuk mengganti harga jual sepeda motor. Oleh sebab itu konsumen masih dirugikan karena membeli motor dengan harga yang tidak sesuai dengan harga yang seharusnya diberikan. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pertanggung jawaban apa saja yang dapat diberikan kepada konsumen pembeli sepeda motor matik dari PT. Yamaha dan PT. Honda. Hasil analisis yang didapat adalah bahwa para konsumen sepeda motor matik 110-125cc dapat menggugat PI. Yamaha dan PI. Honda untuk meminta ganti rugi melalui gugatan Class Action atau dengan bantuan Lembaga-lembaga perlindungan konsumen. / Consumers need special protection so that their rights aren't violated by businessmen. These violations cause a loss of material and immaterial things for the consumers. Which is why in Indonesia, Consumer Protection Rights are put into Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 about Consumer Protection. It is also very connected to Antitrust Laws which is put into UU No. 5 Tahun 1999 about Prohobition of Monopoly Practice and Unfair Business Competition. This relation is because businessmen compete to affect the price of goods or services that are bought by consumers. In the year 2016, PT. Yamaha and PT. Honda was given the verdict by the court of being guilty violating Article 5 UU Anti-Monopoly regarding price determining that they have done to automatic scooter 110-125 cc. However, the verdict doesn't give them the responsibility to change the price of the scooter. Which is why the consumers are still at a loss because of buying scooters at an unfair price. This final project's purpose is to understand the forms of company responsibility that can be given to consumers of PT. Yamaha and PT. Honda. The final result shows that the consumers of the automatic scooter 110-125 cc can sue PT. Yamaha and PT. Honda to ask for repayment for loss through Class Action or with the help of consumers protection organizations.
