Abstract

In an effort to improve quality control management, the application of applicable technical standards greatly contributes to obtaining satisfactory results for service users and service providers. the problems that exist in Tangerang regency many hospital buildings that are less quality this will have an impact on the comfort of building users. The purpose of this research is to; identify indicators and factors of quality control management, know the results of the analysis of these factors on the contribution of the application of technical standards in class C building buildings in Tangerang Regency, indicators and factors that most contribute, and recommendations for improvements that can be made. This study was assessed based on the integrated quality control management literature related to integrated quality management, C-class hospitals, and technical standards of C-class hospital building buildings. The research instrument consisted of three indicators of quality control management. 52 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. This study uses a combined method with a statistical study approach, found 6 variables that contribute to the application of technical standards for hospital buildings in Tangerang Regency. From the six variables, one indicator and one of the most important factors in this study were obtained, namely the quality control plan indicator with the problem identification factor which has the work process variables examined and compared with the acceptance criteria defined by the project scope. With a contribution value of 46.2%, which means indicators of quality control plans and problem identification factors that greatly contribute to the implementation of technical standards for class C hospital buildings in Tangerang Regency. From the results of this analysis, this research can provide recommendations for improvements that can be carried out by the contractor so that all work processes carried out must be better examined to fit the criteria or conditions that apply to meeting project objectives. / Dalam upaya meningkatkan manajemen pengendalian mutu, penerapan pada standar teknis yang berlaku sangat berkontribusi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan bagi pengguna jasa maupun penyedia jasa. pada perasalahan yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang banyaknya bangunan rumah sakit yang kurang berkualitas hal ini akan berdampak pada kenyamanan pengguna bangunan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk; mengidentifikasi indikator dan faktor manajemen pengendalian mutu, mengetahui hasil analisis faktor tersebut terhadap kontribusi penerapan standar teknis bangunan gedung rumah sakit kelas C di Kabupaten Tangerang, indikator dan faktor yang paling berkontribusi, dan rekomendasi perbaikanyang dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini dikaji berdasarkan literatur manajemen pengendalian mutu terpadu yang kaitannya dengan manajemen mutu terpadu, rumah sakit kelas C, dan standar teknis bangunan gedung rumah sakit kelas C. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga indikator manajemen pengendalian mutu Didapatkan 9 faktor manajemen pengendalian mutu yang terdiri dari 52 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan etode kombinasi dengan pendekatan kajian statistik didapatkan 6 variabel yang berkontribusi terhadap penerapan standar teknis bangunan gedung rumah sakit di Kabupaten Tangerang. Dari keenam variabel tersebut didapatkan satu indikator dan satu faktor yang paling penting dalam penelitian ini yaitu indikator rencana pengendalian mutu dengan faktor identifikasi masalah yang memiliki variabel proses kerja diperiksa dan dibandingkan dengan kriteria penerimaan yang didefinisikan dengan lingkup proyek. Dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 46,2% yang artinya indikator rencana pengendalian mutu dan faktor identifikasi masalah yang sangat berkontribusi terhadap penerapan standar teknis bangunan gedung rumah sakit kelas C di Kabupaten Tangerang. Dari hasil analisis tersebut penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh kontraktor sehingga semua proses kerja yang dilakukan harus diperiksa lebih baik agar sesuai dengan kriteria atau ketentuan yang berlaku terpenuhinya tujuan proyek.
