Abstract
"Industri konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja yang cukup tinggi, hal ini dikaitkan dengan karakteristik proyek konstruksi yang bersifat unik, lokasi kerja yang berbeda-beda, terbuka dan dipengaruhi cuaca, waktu pelaksanaan yang terbatas, dinamis dan menuntut ketahanan fisik yang tinggi. Risiko yang tinggi ini dapat disebabkan terhambatnya penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) di tempat kerja. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen manajemen, lingkungan kerja, dan stress kerja dapat mempengaruhi perilaku tidak aman dengan budaya keselamatan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 200 pekerja konstruksi yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 133 pekerja konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan structural equation model (SEM) dengan model pengukuran (measurement model) menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.2.9 untuk mengukur intensitas masing-masing variabel penelitian dan model struktural (structural model) menganalisis data dan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaVariabel komitmen manajemen, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, dan budaya keselamatan kerja secara bersama-sama dapat mempengaruhi perilaku tidak aman sebesar 84,2%. Kemudian variabel komitmen manajemen berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tidak aman pada pekerja konstruksi dengan nilai P-values 0,001. Kemudian variabel ligkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tidak aman dengan nilai P-values 0,104. Kemudian variabel stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tidak aman dengan nilai P-values 0,033. Kemudian variabel budaya keselamatan kerja dapat mempengaruhi pengaruh komitmen manajemen terhadap perilaku tidak aman, dengan nilai P-values 0,001. Kemudian variabel budaya keselamatan kerja dapat mempengaruhi pengaruh lingukungan kerja terhadap perilaku tidak aman, dengan nilai P-values 0,043. Kemudian variabel budaya keselamatan kerja dapat mempengaruhi pengaruh stress kerja terhadap perilaku tidak aman, dengan nilai P-values 0,003. / The construction industry is one of the industrial sectors that has a fairly high risk of work accidents, this is associated with the unique characteristics of construction projects, different work locations, open and influenced by the weather, limited implementation time, dynamic and demanding physical endurance. tall. This research aims to find out whether management commitment, work environment, and work stress can influence unsafe behaviour with work safety culture as a moderating variable. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 200 construction workers which were then adjusted using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 133 construction workers.
