Abstract

Penyelundupan narkotika merupakan masalah transnasional yang dihadapi oleh hampir seluruh negara. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari narkotika sangat berbahaya bagi tatanan ekonomi, kesehatan, dan kesejahtraan masyarakat dalam satu negara, dan Untuk membrantas penyelundupan narkotika sulit dilakukan. karena aktivitas dari kegiatan penyelundupan narkotika melibatkan lebih dari 1 (satu) negara sebagai tempat transit, produksi, dan target pasar. Oleh karenanya kerja sama pada setiap negara diperlukan untuk bisa membrantas penyelundupan narkotika yang ada, terkhusus pada bidang pertukaran informasi, dan koordinasi pada 8 Desember 2016, BNN RI telah melakukan kerja sama dengan ONCB Thailand melalui Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Kerja sama antara kedua negara akan dijelaskan dari prespektif liberalis dengan konsep interdependensi, karena keduanya saling membutuhkan, dan bergantung dalam upaya pemberantasan penyelundupan narkotika. Adapun data yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari berbagai data sekunder melalui studi kepustakaan dan data primer melalui wawancara dengan sejumlah narasumber. Penulis jelaskan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif untuk menjelaskan kerja sama bilateral antara Indonesia dengan Thailand dalam membrantas penyelundupan narkotika di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian pada hasil penelitian yang ada, penulis melihat proses pembuatan MoU dan pelaksanaan kerja sama sudah terlaksana dengan baik, karena sesuai dengan hukum internasional dan telah ada implementasi dari MoU yang telah disepakati. / Drug smuggling is a transnational problem faced by almost all countries. The impact caused by narcotics is very dangerous for the economic order, health and welfare of the people in one country, and to combat narcotics smuggling is difficult. because the activities of narcotics smuggling activities involve more than 1 (one) country as a place of transit, production, and target markets. Therefore cooperation in each country is needed to be able to eradicate the smuggling of existing narcotics, especially in the field of information exchange and coordination. On 8 December 2016, BNN RI has cooperated with ONCB Thailand through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Cooperation between the two countries will be explained from a liberalist perspective with the concept of interdependence, because they both need each other, and depend on efforts to eradicate drug smuggling. The data presented in this study were obtained from various secondary data through literature studies and primary data through interviews with a number of sources. The author explains using descriptive data analysis techniques to explain bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Thailand in combating drug smuggling in Indonesia. The results of research on existing research results, the authors see the process of making the MoU and the implementation of the cooperation has been carried out well, because it is in accordance with international law and there has been an implementation of the agreed MoU
