Abstract

Kelas XI IPS terdiri dari 26 orang siswa yang memiliki rasa solidaritas yang tinggi meskipun berasal dari etnisitas, minat, dan bakat yang beragam. Fakta bahwa mayoritas orang tua siswa bekerja sebagai pengusaha dan karyawan mendukung relevansi pembelajaran pajak dengan kehidupan nyata siswa. Ketaatan membayar pajak tidak hanya sebagai tanggung jawab kepada negara tetapi juga sebagai simbol ketaatan akan ketetapan Allah. Sebab pemerintahan yang ada ialah representasi dari otoritas Allah di bumi. Pemahaman kritis dan mendalam mengenai pajak akan membantu siswa memahami perannya sebagai pelajar Indonesia dengan menjaga fasilitas publik yang dibiayai pajak, mengedukasi orang terdekatnya, dan mengawasi penggunaan uang pajak untuk pembangunan nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengupayakan kerja sama siswa Kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan khususnya pada penilaian kemampuan menghitung PPh Pasal 21, dari 7 orang meningkat menjadi 12 orang siswa mampu mencapai nilai KKM. Selain itu, berdasarkan pada observasi dan penilaian diri siswa menunjukkan bahwa penerapan STAD telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan untuk mengupayakan kerja sama siswa Kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Penulis merefleksikan bahwa dalam mengajarkan pajak guru harus menekankan relevansi pembelajaran dengan kehidupan nyata siswa agar siswa mampu memahami urgensi mempelajari pajak. Adapun saran perbaikan ialah guru dapat menambah jumlah pertemuan untuk mendalami kegiatan analisis fungsi dan peran pajak di Indonesia dan perhitungan pajak. Serta memberikan waktu khusus bagi siswa yang membutuhkan remedial untuk mencapai nilai KKM/Class XI IPS consists of 26 students who have a high sense of solidarity despite coming from various ethnicities, interests and talents. The fact that the majority of students' parents work as entrepreneurs and employees supports the relevance of tax learning to students' real lives. Obedience to paying taxes is not only a responsibility to the state but also a symbol of obedience to God's decree. A critical and in-depth understanding of taxes will help students understand their role as Indonesian students by maintaining tax-funded public facilities, educating people who those closest to them, and overseeing the use of tax money for national development. The purpose of this study is to pursue the cooperation of students in class XI IPS in Economics subjects through the application of cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Student learning outcomes showed an increase knowledge understanding, especially in the assessment of the ability to calculate Income Tax Article 21, from 7 students increased to 12 students able to reach the KKM score. In addition, based on observations and student self-assessment, it shows that the application of STAD has had a significant impact on pursuing the cooperation of students in Class XI IPS in Economics subjects. The author reflects that in teaching taxes, teachers should emphasize the relevance of learning to students’ real lives so that students are able to understand the urgency of learning taxes. The suggestion for improvement is that teachers can increase the number of meetings to explore activities to analyze the function and role taxes in Indonesia and tax calculations. As well as providing specific time for students who need remedial to reach the Minimum Competency Criteria core.
