Abstract

PT Multi Niaga Indotama Jotun merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terbagi menjadi tujuh wilayah yang bertanggung jawab atas penjualan cat produk Jotun. Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh PT Multi Niaga Indotama Jotun dalam penjualan online di platform lain, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan pendataan konsumen yang tidak lengkap dan tidak akurat sehingga menghambat pengiriman barang yang mengakibatkan kegagalan pembelian, dan mempengaruhi perhitungan stok. Solusi yang diberikan adalah pembuatan sebuah website online khusus untuk perusahaan tersebut. Website ini mengharuskan konsumen untuk melakukan sign up dengan mengisi data seperti nama, alamat, email, dan nomor telepon secara lengkap. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah perusahaan dalam mengelola data konsumen, mengatur stok barang masuk dan keluar dengan baik, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengiriman barang. Hasil dari penerapan solusi ini adalah PT Multi Niaga Indotama Jotun berhasil membangun database konsumen yang lebih lengkap dan akurat, mengelola data stok secara lebih terstruktur, serta meningkatkan kelancaran proses pengiriman barang. - PT Multi Niaga Indotama Jotun is a manufacturing company divided into seven regions responsible for the sale of Jotun paint products. This study examines the problems often faced by PT Multi Niaga Indotama Jotun in online sales on other platforms, especially related to the limitations of incomplete and inaccurate consumer data that hinders the delivery of goods resulting in failed purchases and affects stock calculations. The solution provided is to create an online website specifically for the company. This website requires consumers to sign up by filling in data such as name, address, email, and telephone number in full. With this website, it is expected to make it easier for companies to manage consumer data, manage incoming and outgoing stock properly, and increase the efficiency of shipping goods. The result of implementing this solution is that PT Multi Niaga Indotama Jotun has succeeded in building a completer and more accurate consumer database, managing stock data in a more structured manner, and improving the smoothness of the shipping process.
