HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN LAMA MENJALANI HEMODIALISIS PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT GINJAL KRONIK RUMAH SAKIT UMUM SILOAM KARAWACI Latar Belakang: Prevalensi kualitas tidur buruk pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis merupakan masalah yang sering dijumpai dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian di Indonesia sebelumnya, hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan lama pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan lama menjalani hemodialisis dapat diketahui dan dipelajari lebih lanjut guna menjadi acuan strategi perawatan bagi seluruh pasien hemodialisis yang terus bertambah. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan lama menjalani hemodialisis pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Karawaci Hipotesis: Terdapat hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan lama menjalani hemodialisis pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Karawaci yang dinilai melalui instrumen kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional) yang menggunakan metode non-randomized purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel berjumlah 120 pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Karawaci. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 4 bulan dimulai dari bulan Januari hingga April 2024. Uji statistik pada data yang telah dikumpulkan dilakukan secara Chi Square dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil: Terdapat 120 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, diantaranya terdapat 21 responden dengan kualitas tidur baik dan 99 responden dengan kualitas tidur buruk. Pada kelompok responden yang telah menjalani hemodialisis ≤ 12 bulan, ditemukan 10 (31,3%) responden dengan kualitas tidur baik dan 22 (68,8%) responden dengan kualitas tidur buruk. Sementara itu, kelompok responden yang menjalani hemodialisis > 12 bulan menunjukkan adanya 11 (12,5%) responden dengan kualitas tidur baik dan 77 (87,5%) responden dengan kualitas tidur buruk. (p-value: 0,034; OR: 3,182; 95% CI: 1,196 – 8,467) Kesimpulan: Diperoleh hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan lama menjalani hemodialisis pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik (p-value < 0,05). / RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SLEEP QUALITY WITH THE LENGTH OF TIME UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE AT SILOAM KARAWACI GENERAL HOSPITAL Background: The prevalence of poor sleep quality in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis is a problem that is often encountered and influenced by various factors. Based on several previous studies in Indonesia, the relationship between sleep quality and the length of hemodialysis duration in chronic kidney disease patients has showed inconsistent results. This research is conducted in order to know and study the information and knowledge regarding the relationship between sleep quality and the length of time undergoing hemodialysis to become a reference for treatment strategies for all the increasing number of hemodialysis patients. Objectives: This research was carried out to determine the relationship between sleep quality and the length of time undergoing hemodialysis in chronic kidney disease patients at Siloam Karawaci General Hospital Hypothesis: There is a relationship between sleep quality and the length of time undergoing hemodialysis in chronic kidney disease patients at Siloam Karawaci General Hospital as assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire instrument. Methodology: This research was conducted with a cross-sectional study design using a non-randomized purposive sampling method to take a sample of 120 chronic kidney disease patients who met the inclusion criteria at the Silom Karawaci General Hospital. Data collection was carried out for 4 months starting from January to April 2024. Statistical tests on the data that had been collected were carried out using Chi Square using SPSS version 26. Results: There were 120 samples that met the inclusion criteria, including 21 respondents with good sleep quality and 99 respondents with poor sleep quality. In the group of respondents who had undergone hemodialysis ≤ 12 months, there were 10 (31.3%) respondents with good sleep quality and 22 (68.8%) respondents with poor sleep quality. Meanwhile, the group of respondents who underwent hemodialysis > 12 months showed that 11 (12.5%) respondents have good sleep quality and 77 (87.5%) respondents are experiencing poor sleep quality. (p-value: 0.034; OR: 3.182; 95% CI: 1.196 – 8.467) Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between sleep quality and length of time undergoing hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease (p-value < 0.05).
